This store is pretty nice. It has a big selection and good sales. However, I do not appreciate being the only one asked for a Costco card at self checkout. Multiple people were in line in front of me and none of them had their Costco card checked. I do not know what makes me any different. Furthermore, the worker snatched my Costco card out of my hand to check the back of it to see my picture. She examined it throughly, then let me check out. If Costco cards need to be checked before checkout then I think it should apply to all and not just some. I don’t appreciate being singled out.

Busy around the time we went, though this store almost always remains clean, easy to walk through, and continues to offer samples.
Plenty of staff and cashiers in case you need help, always something to find on sale.

It is very difficult trying to find what your looking for,, aisles are marked with very large numbers not easily identify what you need. It's also very frustrating when you previously purchased an item, only to find when you go to purchase it again, they dis continued it. I do like their return policy a great deal, if your not satisfied with the item, your allowed to return it without any problems. They have a large selection of items with decent prices. Employees are very friendly & help you whenever you need assistance in locating items.

Waterbury Costco is smaller than the New Britain Costco. Has less of variety They have self check-outs. The staff are always helpful and friendly. This Costco does have some different items. The food court service is faster at this location. Thank you.
