What can I say, but top notch customer service. They were accommodating to my last minute needs, the owner was super sweet, he made excellent reccomendations, embroidered on the spot and helped me pick the best outfit for work. Will definitely be back and can't stress how amazing the staff is.

They are the best shop!! Very creative. Helped to cover up an old employer logo so I could still wear my jacket. I was so happy and they are quick and priced very affordable. I highly recommend. Very personable business. Thank you for everything

Worst place for customer service I have ever been in since I’ve been in Connecticut. waited at the counter for someone to come and help me and then she was too busy chasing her kid around the store while she was looking up stuff to order for me to other people came up and she just ignored me and help them. Then when they finally got order they told me they call me in a week and a half it’s been over a month I called was put on hold and nobody answered after 15 minutes hung up called again when they were supposed to be open got their answering machine left a message never called me back
