They have some of the best doughnuts in CT. Definitely worth stopping in and trying it out.

1972-Sunday mornings- Mass- Brooklyn Bakery- Chocolate Donuts-Sunday newspaper- home- milk and donuts(still warm)… miss those days big time. Was only take-out then.

I absolutely love the pastries here. They do such a wonderful job and the staff is lovely especially James! He always provides excellent service. I highly recommend stopping by to try all they’ve to offer.
Brooklyn Baking Company has been a Waterbury landmark for over 100 years. We are still carrying on the tradition. We are best known for our Donuts and Italian Bread but we make plenty of other great products, Breads, Rolls, Pastries, Cookies, Cupcakes, Bakery Pizza and we also make Breakfast Sandwiches until 12:00.
