Today I had an appointment to have a filling repaired. I was taken quickly for an x-ray then right to one of their rooms. Doctor cleaned out tooth and explained in detail what will be done while disclosing that I may need a crown if the filling doesn't hold due to extent of the cavity. My family and I have cleaning done here with a staff that's always pleasant that explains our insurance and copays

Dr Bhatia is very efficient. Staff is kind and caring. I've been going to this dentist for many years and will continue. No complaints just praises. Thank you very much for the care I receive from your practice.

This office diagnosed me with TMJ when all I had was a cavity in my upper molar which had to be removed. They are completely incompetent and I would never return to this office nor do I recommend anyone else go to this office. it’s really concerning to know that a medical professional would misdiagnose someone it shows a lack of conduct knowledge and professionalism

My Dad wanted dentures so she decided to pull his teeth out and she got him dentures that didn't fit and she didn't do anything to remedy it. So now, he's stuck with an empty mouth.

Dr.Bhatia was amazing!! She was very efficient and patient with me. Thank you for being able to see me so promptly. I'll definitely be coming back!!! The entire team is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Bhatia is the best dentist in Waterbury!!

I had a tooth explode , so I was directed to this dentist.2 x-rays& they had to take out 1.5 teeth.10 days later mouth is still sore and showing signs of infection.their phones & website are GONE!! Quality what?? Please don't go there.)88hours @emergencyroom will be better.worst practice ever.

Worse place to go to. One ghetto place no one knows there whats going on, very unprofessional staff and doctor. who knows if she is even a real doctor or what. DONOT go believe me you will regret it.

Did not like how impersonal the dentist was. She did not explain much as she went through my cleaning, nor care to the fact that I was uncomfortable during the process. As the client, you can feel that it’s about how much they want to rush to add onto the bill. Will not be returning!
