The online customer support is pretty horrible. Ordered shoes no idea where they are, they have no answers to when they are expected only answers to why nothing is getting done. Paid extra for faster shipping and I'm not even sure after a week if they have been shipped. Can't give a lower rating but if I could I would.

Just so you know (I didn't) they do NOT honor on-line prices from the on-line store with the same name & they don't ship-to-store at no cost. They should re-think these 2 things. Also, if you use the Google Map link for "Search items at this store" you'll likely get an outdated "Google" link & they don't honor that either (nor should they feel obliged to). Otherwise happy with phone help (check for item in stock) & in store. Now they'll be an outlet (vs moving/closing) which is great, but I hope that means a price drop .. 25% off MSRP isn't low enough (for outlet).

Bob's will only give gift cards for returned items but we can't use gift cards to shop online. Totally ridiculous! I will no longer shop at Bobs anymore. I've been shopping here regularly for over 30years.

Bob's Stores here in Waterbury was very clean, the merchandise was easy to locate and the staff was very nice and friendly..

Not a happy customer! It would of been nice to know they don’t do refunds and that it’s STORE CREDIT ONLY! Will not be shopping at Bob’s ever again. I used to love Bobs but after today I’m disappointed!!!!
