I would like to express my satisfaction with having purchased a car with Jerry at Blasius. I arrived a few months ago and I don't speak the language well, Jerry was very patient in the negotiation and very human. Of all the places, this was where I received the best service!

Was so excited to get a new car here. Had been working with Rob for a week. I had appointment set up to come test and most likely buy the car.
I drove 3 hours to get to the dealership. I was getting there early, so I called Rob to let him know. When I finally got in touch with him, he told me the car sold yesterday.
Business and business, so I get selling the car. However, you call the customer so they don’t waste their time coming out for you to disappoint them and say you have a comparable care that is 4 years older with 40k more miles or to look at their website.
STAY AWAY!!!

Just got off the phone with Dominique. 2pm 8/13/24. Unfortunately very unprofessional. Very confrontational towards the end of the conversation. I called to ask about the Stargard system they sell for $1k that I was able to get for $499. Do yourselves a favor and just don't get it. When i asked both Barbara whom I bought the car from and the guy whom I signed the papers with if it was an apple air tag like system they both confirmed yes. Real time location tracking as part of the Anti-Theft and recovery system. Unfortunately that isn't truth. And I am out $499 on an inferior system. Dominique understood what I was saying and where I was coming from but unfortunately wouldn't budge on helping me get a better system from any of the other Blasius dealerships or returning this wireless box and getting the money back.
Edit: Have to add an edit for the toneless response they provided. The unprofessional part was "Dom" accusing me of calling to ruin his day and asking if that's what the purpose of the call was. Also when I asked what could be done about this blatant lie to my face he asked where I was going with the line of conversation in a very exasperated manner. And then when I pointed to the website and said how they have a new system he blatantly lied to my face and said that it isn't in the website. But good job on your "overwhelming success".

Erich was awesome!! I haven’t purchased a car since 2011 so I was really nervous about what to expect, but Erich made the process SO smooth! No pressure or stress. Great experience, highly recommended!

Went in looking for a used pickup, Erich greeted me and showed me a large selection to choose from. Landed on a 2021 Sierra, drove it hole the same day easiest transaction ever 10/10.

Bought a vehicle from this location and have been having trouble ever since getting in contact with anyone. I was given a car with wheel locks and no wheel lock key. I have left about 10 messages for the service manager concerning the issue and have yet to get a response. Not to mention I paid for service for life, which is supposed to come with tire rotations, which they cant do considering they cant take the wheel locks off of my car. Service is horrible here.
Edit: Reached out to me over a month ago saying they ordered me wheel locks and would call me when they came in to put them on my car. I still havent received a call back.

I had previously left a 5 star review when I first got home with my purchase. This quickly changed. The lack of communication is unacceptable. Between each other at the dealership and with me as a customer. I had to go through hoops to find out on my own about my registration. it just came in the mail one day. no follow up or anything. and am still trying to figure out my warranty situation. I was told i had the remainder of the factory warranty, turns out it is not valid in this country. the extra warranty they sold me, the ram dealer i went to couldn’t to even take it. i would have bought elsewhere if i knew this was going be such a pain to get the simplest information. very disappointed. don’t trust their competence.
and since i can’t respond to the company’s reply. i still have unanswered questions. i emailed the sales manager, no response until i called. then he magically dug up my email and responded back. still have unanswered questions about my warranty. i shouldn’t have to keep reaching out for a simple response. again, really bad communication. incompetent dealership. if i had to do it again, i would pay for for a truck somewhere else.

2nd buy at a Blaius dealership in the last year the first at the Cadillac dealership , which led me to look into this dealership because the 1st one went so well …this one at the pre-owned dealership on Watertown Ave. Barb Kinne my sales consultant The general manager Domenic Mascolo and the finance manager Kyle Dubay all worked with me listened to what I was looking for and wanted to do and worked with me to get it Nothing was pushed onto me to try to do I got the deal I was looking for and the speed the deal was completed was highly appreciated no one likes to spend hours in a dealership getting the paperwork completed bet everything was taken care of right away no surprises The dealership and all involved are highly recommend!

I cannot stop talking about how great of an experience I had with the Blasius Pre-Owned group. Jerry was the salesman I worked with and he made the process so pleasant and seamless. I walked in with a lot of anxiety, because of this being my first auto purchase alone and it could not have been less stressful. Everyone at the dealership was so easy to work with and helped me get exactly what I wanted at the price point I needed. 10/10 recommend this group.

Bought a mid size SUV in April 2023. Worked with Barbara who was initially very pleasant to work with. Was able to get a higher trade in value after talking and decided to move forward and purchase the vehicle. This process was smooth. This took two days and they kept "looking" for the second key fob but was told there was one. The day we went to go pick up the car they said there was no second key and they wouldn't create a new one or fund us money to get one made. Was not happy that I was made to believe there was a second key. In addition, this car was labeled as "Remote start". However that was wrong, you have to buy an app (200+ dollars a year) from the car company to remote start. Their excuse was that they hire a third party to write car descriptions. Also this car was labeled as no accidents but when they finally got us the car detail there was an accident. Do not trust the descriptions on their website! Also the only key fob I was given broke within a few months and had to pay $700 dollars for a new one when I should have had a back up. I called numerous times about these issues and Barbara would never call me back. It was difficult to get in touch with anybody to actually hear my concerns. The car itself has been ok for now but the customer service is severely lacking and they should not be posting inaccurate car descriptions.

Within 3 months the paint was chipping and it has rust bleeding through imperfections in the paint. A year later and there are massive rust holes all over the vehicle.
