Mike Vargas was an amazing salesman. Was patient with all of my questions, he’s a gem. Steven Morley stuck in with me for months, I’m so glad I decided on the Lyriq. In the home stretch, Miranda the business manager was a rock star. This is my third car at Blasius. A happy repeat customer.

I recently brought my CT-5 Cadillac for service, and I am thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and care I received from the entire team at Blasius Cadillac Waterbury. A special thank you to the service manager, for making everything happen so smoothly. His demeanor is above and beyond any service manager I have ever experienced at a dealership. The mechanic that diagnosed the issue, was incredibly knowledgable and efficient. He let me drive my car to reveal the concern while he sat in passenger seat. Shortly thereafter he said "okay, can I drive it now?" I immediately realized I was in the hands of a very very experienced mechanic with incredible knowledge of these cars. Additionally, the sales manager went above and beyond to accommodate a request I had which was addressed immediately. Thank you to everyone at Blasius Cadillac Waterbury for your exceptional service. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for reliable, professional care for their vehicle.

Blasius Cadillac has been the absolutely most best car buying experience on the planet. I can't speak far mars or Jupiter, but definitely the best on earth!!! from start to finish best of everything sales,service, selection and a special thank you to Big Jim Frageau and Dan Barolli the Rockstars of Blasius Cadillac for making it happen and getting us the car of our dreams!!! I bought my Cadillac in December 2020 and experience was great. That is where it stops. I bought the oil change package which was a big mistake. First, I didn’t realize it was for that dealer I thought I could go to any Cadillac dealer. I live in Danbury and dealer is in Waterbury, but I understood. Second, they can never go any other type of service on a Saturday. I work out of town and when I asked about a loaner car it’s 6-8 weeks wait time. I hear often that sometimes they can wash the car and other times they can’t. And lastly why would an oil change and tire rotation take 2-3 hours? I hear almost every time “we are short a technician “ or “we are running behind”. This is ridiculous. I am sorry I bought the package and would like a refund.
Let me be clear , it is not the staff, they are kind and professional but it is your process. You need to respect your customers time. Stop overbooking with a schedule that you cannot accommodate. I have filled out the survey many times and once someone called and left a message and I retuned the call immediately and no one got back to me.
I would rather receive a call to say they overbooked and give me the option of waiting or to reschedule. This is no way to run a service department. I will never recommend this dealership!

Excellent experience with Vinnie purchasing a truck with my son. Vinnie took the time to talk and understand what we needed, providing us with multiple options, including multiple test drives, and advising on what was ultimately a great pick! All of this was done in one day so that the vehicle would be available and in top condition for my son's drive across the US with the U-Haul trailer that we rented. Would definitely recommend and return to this dealership in the future. Thank you Vinnie!

Wonderful experience buying our car here. Tyler our salesperson went above and beyond in making sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Even when I told him I was only looking and would not be buying a car today he spent a lot of time bringing me through the Different lots looking at the vehicles I was interested in when he could have moved on to another customer in the sales room. He was very knowledgeable and we are very pleased. Lawrence the sales manager is absolutely fantastic . We had a couple of issues with our new electric 2024 Lyriq which he took care of for us, always keeping us in the loop regarding updates that were being done on the car. The 2024 lyriq is quite the car, Technology is still new and a lot to learn about but the car has been working great . I would not hesitate to buy a vehicle from these 2 people here in the future, best car buying experience ever

Got a brandnew 22’ Escalade two years ago from them. Told us the car didn’t show up on time but that it has all the build options we ordered. We were the last customers of the day(red flag). We walked out buying a car that had different options and a different vin and build sheet then what we ordered… like major things. They said they would order one minus the difference next year because options aren’t available right now. Year later the 2500$ option now would cost us $10-15k$ to order plus we are having major problems with the car. Moving forward with lemon law after 6 attempts of fixing engine misfires and Blasius said there is nothing they can do. They sold us the wrong car, and a bad car and got away with it.

if I could give a zero I would purchased an f-150 from there have had nothing but problems with it there service terrible nothing but issues only repair things after you contact a manager. buyer beware

Zero Stars for Sales side of Business. As soon as you sign papers, they do not give you the time of day. They rushed delivery of my 2024 Cadillac XT5 and gave me an "I owe you" for missing accessories that were included on the sticker ...6 month later nothing, no call backs, the car sold itself , I love it . Buyer beware DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! EXTRA ADDED ADVISE DO NOT BUY ADDITIONAL PACKAGES FOR Car protection interior/exterior they do not work like they explain when purchased.

I bought my truck at a different Blasius location. I brought it in for service, oil + tire rotation. Very professional, and did my vehicle in a timely manner, much faster than I am used to at other dealerships (looking at you Partyka Cheby). I will 100% return to this dealer for my service needs.

I researched online for a few days for a used car for my daughter. I found a Hyundai Elantra which is what she previously had. Perfect condition, low miles and in our price range. I sent an email to Blasius and received a response back almost immediately from Rich Noble. I then spoke to him and we scheduled an appointment for next day to see it. My daughter fell in love with it and deal was sealed. Went today to do payment and paperwork. Worked with Eric in finance and with the help of the manager, Carman Dragone got me to the payment I could afford. I can't say enough for the whole team and how Rich went above and beyond to make my 18 year old daughter the happiest teenager. (At least for today)

My 5 star rating is specifically rated for Rich Noble in the sales department* I came to the dealership to view a certain suv I found online.. after a test drive, I realized that particular suv was not for me. I really did not have any other cars in mind and Rich was great about showing different vehicles in my price range that met my needs with 4 dogs + a baby on the way (and was so gracious dealing with my indecisive personality). Thank you, Rich! However, I have to give the service department 3 or 4 stars.. they didn't have my car ready the day they said they would, so I came the following morning & the car wasn't even detailed yet. We waited for a bit, did a final test drive, and they "finished detailing" the car while we were doing paperwork with Miranda (who was also wonderful - thank you, Miranda!) Rich definitely made this experience a pleasant one despite the few bumps we experienced, and did everything to make it right. A valuable asset to Blasius to say the least - highly recommend working with him!!
