I made an appointment for a consultation on a custom brace to treat dropfoot. The owner dave was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions. I am looking forward to receiving my new afo brace.

i had one orthotic cast and made in about 2 weeks and i was happy with the resultsi I returned and was casted for other foot and left a deposit. it'was 3 months with no word from Biometrics. i called and was told they were busy that why it's taking so long.. 3 months!!!!!!

Horrible customer service! I called with a question, store rep rushed an explanation that they are not a store, I barely understood what she said! I should not get crappie service because you have other customers you are serving!!! Either put me on hold or have other reps available to assist!
