After the initial work was done the problems returned a few days later, I called Bobby back and he had me bring back the machine, he stood by his work and fixed the issues quickly, with great communication on costs and what the potential issues may be. “My name is Andrea and I had a great experience dealing with the manager, Antae Pinto at Morrell Muffler. He was very friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. I had been hearing a whistle sound coming from the car cabin. Took the car to my dealer and they informed the problem was, there is an exhaust leak at back manifold, secondary air pipe cracked at manifold. No parts available would need to welded. Recommendation was, take the car to a muffler specialist. Nobody was able to do the welding. I was told by a friend to go to Morrell Muffler. Antae did the job for me and also installed new headlights. This the place to go if you any car issues. A very professional company and reasonably priced. I will from now on go to Morrell Muffler with car issues. Thank you, Antea, for all you did for me. Great job! Keep up the good work!”

“Oh my God I had a bad day. Family drama, I turned my car on to roll down my window. I forgot to take my key out of the ignition and like a ditz I drained my car battery while taking on the phone with a family member. I walked 1.2 miles into total I came here got jumper cables for back up. I bought a portable jump starter. Thank God it came full charged because it says on the box you need an extension cord to charge and I was so stressed I didn't read that til I was almost back to my car. Thanks to Auto Zone and this Jump starter I was able to save myself. I really appreciate you guys. Every time I come here the staff has been super helpful and just awesome crew really!!!! 100% recommend coming here”

“I came in today because I had a lot of coercion on my battery. I also needed a new bolt for my negative terminal. Javier is who assisted me. All I have to say is this guy was amazing! He was polite and professional. He directed me to the right bolt to get, and even came out to my car to help me clean my battery and install the new bolt. He was so helpful and even educated me as well. I will only be buying my car parts from Advanced Auto now due to how great Javier was. Thank you so much!”
