Dr Sharma and Laura(dental hygienist)were wonderful with their expertise and explanations. All my other encounters with other staff members was more than favorable. I would highly recommend the Waterbury office

They were great. I had an emergency and I couldn't make an appointment with my regular dentist for 5 days. I went online and booked an appointment for 8:30 the next morning. They had to extract the tooth. I was able to make my train to New York City. This was great experience.

I’ve been putting off the dentist for longer than I should. I felt very comfortable and cared for as each team member came to speak with me about my X-rays and care plan. They answered all of my questions, explained the cost of care without issue and were very professional and easy to speak with. I feel very confident I’ve found the right place to take the next step improving my dental health.

Went in for severe wisdom tooth pain and with tears pouring down my face the X-ray tech proceeded to force open my mouth and tell me not to gag. They ran my insurance but didn't tell me what it did or did not cover.

Worst Dental Office I had dealt in my life. After a year they still billing my daughter because they never submitted a claim through her insurance. Every time I call the office to resolve the issue they never answer, the customer service number they hung up on me. I just made a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the insurance company and the state business bureau. Enough is enough. AVOID this place at all costs!!!!!! Check social media and you will see the thousands of complaints they have.

I had an appointment on 1/19 for an exam because I was told that’s the only was I can get an appointment to get a cleaning which was all I needed to find out after my appointment that they don’t even have a hygienist!! I was told there would be an hygienist in Feb and that never happened. I then received a bill on March 12th telling me I owed for my 1/19 appointment. Now that I call since I’m furious about this bill I am told that they now have a hygienist as of March 11th and I’m not the only one they need to call to let know that they finally have one. The call was originally picked up by Abigail and then someone nasty ? comes on the phone and starts to catch an attitude with me and says she can see how I can be helped with the bill and never comes back on the line. Thank god Aspen has a worker like Kaylin that picked up from me being put on hold that knows how to speak to ppl. Since Ms. Nasty never gave me her name I still found out it was Aliza who had an attitude like she Aspen herself. She needs to find a new job or doesn’t need to answer any phone because customer service is what she needs to work on. I don’t need to come to Aspen!!! I chose to don’t forget that!!! All due to Aliza (probably spelled her name wrong)

Literally the worst dentist I’ve ever been to. These people really don’t know how to do their jobs. Mind you I had stuff done there JANUARY 2023 AND THEY ARE STILL SENDING ME BILLS MARCH 2024!!! Last year they got hacked and couldn’t help me out for months. Said they’d get in contact with my insurance to have them pay my balance and guess what? They NEVER did that. They are trying to charge me $900 for work I had gotten done LAST YEAR when my insurance was suppose to cover it. Clearly they didn’t do their JOBS and get in contact with my insurance. I’m not paying that and I PRAY to god people stop going to them and get them out of business because they literally SCAM people. Never again.

The X-Ray tech was horrible. She was not only rude to me but her co workers! I literally broke my tooth 8 hour before making the appointment and she was angry with me for forget 1 piece of jewelry on. There’s a mirror in the x-ray room that shows where the x-ray tech is a when she’s taking the pictures & she was just talking about me and making gestures about me leaving 1 piece of jewelry on. & was rude to me after that. AND NOT TO MENTION no greetings when calling my name for me to head to the back.
