We called them first thing in the morning because our furnace stopped working. They promised someone would be there soon to fix it. They failed to show up. I called them again in the afternoon and they apologized and promised that within 2hrs help would be there. It's now 3:30 in the morning and I'm freezing my balls off. The only problem I have is the customer service department. The lady is very rude and to the point. As far as my delivery guy he is very nice and I always get my delivery when it's needed. They should really concentrate on customer service.

I was very suprised to see that after Andy's oil service made a delivery to my house, I found a ANDY's OIL STICKER STUCK TO MY VINYL SIDING by the fill pipe. This is something I don't allow my children to do never mind a company making a delivery! There are plenty of ways to advertise and this is not one. This is enough for me to say first and last delivery for me.

118 gallons of oil for $297, that's $2.53 a gallon when the average price is between $1.36 and $1.49That is fkn ridiculous. I wonder if new opportunities knows about the price gouging?

Had no heat nor hot water - called Andy's and was given a rare (who else does this?)only one hour time frame. The tech arrived right on time, and he took five minutes to pinpoint the problem. Other companies could have stretched this out, but he didn't! Enjoyed a hot shower today thanks to him!

Have been a customer since 1985, can't say enough about how accommodating and courteous these folks are. Any time I've had a problem, their service tech usually arrives before the end of the day. Last year they replaced the original oil tank and piping in my basement, what a neat, professional well organized operation! Worth every penny spent.

I write to express my gratitude to everyone at Andy’s Oil in this national emergency we are all facing. Last night as I daily normally do went down to basement to feed our Turtle. As I finished & started to head back upstairs to go to bed. I heard the furnace come on & as I walk back to turn off the light switch. I noticed from rear copper tailpipe attached to a valve on top of furnace was leaking boiling water. As I shut off furnace switch more water exited in greater amount. I had my wife call Andy’s Oil emergency contact , A young courteous young lady answered phone . I explained to her what was happening she rapidly verified my location & contact information. As soon in minutes as I hanged up I received a call from Diane to inform us that service person is en route to our location. The service person arrived at the house quickly & drain furnace & repaired it right away. I would like to thank you all for being there for us last night again. It could have being a mess since I was supposed to travel out of Connecticut early morning to return Sunday evening. Finally I was able to travel & you guys made it possible & safe for my wife to be at home. Thanks again; keep up the GOOD WORK! God bless??

Recently had to deal with an Estate sale on a home in Waterbury that used Andy's Oil. For those that have had be involved in the same, I'm sure you can appreciate how stressful and overwhelming the process can be. I connected with a lot of helpful people and businesses along the way (still am) and am very appreciative of all that have expressed their condolences as well as provided assistance. With regards to Andy's Oil, specifically Diane, I cannot thank them enough for all of their assistance especially during the throes of winter and cold temperatures. I won't go into all that happened but will just say that when the oil tank and money was low and the furnace was acting up and eventually failing, Andy's Oil and Diane were there when I desperately needed them. For that, I am forever grateful and would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. It's one thing to talk about what you can do but it's another when you actually come through in a time of desperate need. Thanks Diane and Andy's Oil.....I'll probably never need you again but you came through when I needed help.

They appear to only be about the "businesses". We have called them regarding our oil burner just needing a simple bleed and a refill for our tank. When the tech arrived he simply filled up the tank and left without u bleeding our tank. We are highly upset about this and everytime we call, they put us on hold and hang up.

Made a call today, the day before Thanksgiving, that my furnace is dead. The secretary answered immediately and called me back within an hour to say that not only was a tech en route to my house at that moment,but another employee was running to Hartford to pick up the new furnace andbring it here tonight to install and get meheat the very same day!
