Had no heat nor hot water - called Andy's and was given a rare (who else does this?)only one hour time frame. The tech arrived right on time, and he took five minutes to pinpoint the problem. Other companies could have stretched this out, but he didn't! Enjoyed a hot shower today thanks to him!

Love this company! They always accomodate me even when I call for oil last minute on thier busiest schedule.
