Needed a replacement for our basement fridge and didn't want to spend a bundle. Allstar had a huge inventory of discounted fridges with minor cosmetic flaws to choose from. Staff was very knowledgable and delivery was on time as promised. Delivery charge was reasonable and they took away the old one for free. Very pleased. Highly recommend.

Our freezer recently went warm and couldn't be saved .We went to Allstar and selected a 20 cu ft Maytag. They said delivery would be about a week,but they did us a favor by selling us the floor model and delivered it today. I will always consider them first for any future appliance purchases

My stove just stopped working on Dec.23rdI had a ton of cooking to do for Christmas Eve.I desperately needed a stove with a double oven.I was able to purchase a Whirlpool with a double oven that day.Unfortunately they were not able to deliver it so I had to get movers.So I had the stove on the 23rd.They were very helpful

The owner came out for a service call for our dishwasher. He cleaned the drain. The problem was not resolved so on the phone, he suggested installing a part based on the error code. He ordered the part and we set up an appointment for the day after the part arrived. One of the employees showed up and knew nothing about the part. We explained the situation - said he would speak to the owner. The employee called after and said we can't take your dishwasher out to install the part - you have to have it serviced somewhere else. Your welcome - called another service - the person came out - said the dishwasher could come out easily (actually pulled it out partially during call) and he would order the part. Totally bizarre experience - not recommended

In a world where service is dying and its near impossible to speak to a human. Pam at All Star is a breath of fresh air on the phone. I have several properties and they have come through for me every time. No exceptions.
