Got a couch that had bedbugs in it. Been calling for over 2 weeks now to see what the next steps is and all my auestions have been unanswered . No replacement I threw out the furniture I had based on the delivery and now I have nothing because I got an infested couch . Im 8 months pregnant and was basically aten alive i had bites from my neck down to my feet . The only thing they have done was refunded me my start lease payment. They gave me a number to call and the number NEVER picks up NEVER returns my calls and at this point I feel like i should reach out to a lawyer.

Never deal with this store the manager is completely rude and she should never be allowed to deal with customers. She will cancel orders for no reason. They are also super over priced for even buying an item straight out. You can go to lowes and get the same type of lease for a 1/3 rd of the price and get better service and fully installed and removed and setup and tested for free or they remove it from the property completely for $20 to $40 an item. Also lowes will teach you how to fully use the new equipment.

Went to rent a center and got a new 70 inch tv and couches ..I want to thank omayra for everything..If u want to purchase something ask for omayra she's sweet caring and friendly ..Also are the other staff .I recommend everyone to go here if u wnt to purchase anything ...if I can give a 10 stars I would ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.....Did I mention it's under NEW STAFF.

If I could give a half star I would. I have been doing business with this store since 2006. The customer service level and confidence in the information that is being provided has hit an all time low. I have been charged for merchandise I didn't even have in my home. My mother in law was harassed 3 weeks ago stating she owed money when the actually due date was 12/15. Then she gets a message on 12/16 stating she was 40 days overdue. The so called accounts manager " Angelo" should be cleaning bathrooms in a building after hours and should have no contact with customers. The level of lies pouring out of that mans mouth is astonishing and then when you call him on it he forgets his unprofessional a** is on the clock and tries to go straight hood with you. Save yourself the time and energy and charge your furniture to a credit card and avoid the hassle of being lied too, given false information, having your card charged without authorization, harassed and given the run around. I swear these people must be short on money that they will call your phone on a Sunday when the store is closed begging for your business. GO SOME PLACE ELSE!!!

i ordered a couch that arrived late . when it did arrive they said it was new from warehouse it was not rapped in plastic and they dropped my pillows on the floor. i gave them a chance , until the second time came around and i needed a move. due to major storm i gave the time to move furniture from old apartment , when they failed to show and i called store the manager had the audacity to say she would record my conversation. i called corporate and finally got my issue resolve. now we are in 2021 and my legs are falling off and wood inside couch has broken . This does not show signs of new merchandise . highly disgusted , yet they call back to back to back a day after payment is due , AS IF THEY ARE GIVING YOU WHAT YOU PAID FOR !!!! NOT TO MENTION I RECOMMENDED THEM AND THEY GAVE MY NEIGHBOR A OTTO MAN THAT SUNK TO THE FLOOR .

Jeff the manager gave me a soundbar and subwoofer with no remote, the sound bar has a dent, no box thrown in a regular vehicle trunk, and then says it’s brand new and also wants $776 that guy needs mental help someone please get him some. I’m sorry also It was a female general manager that brought it to me with no box and everything missing. I don’t think I’m wrong for this review I think people deserve what they pay for.
