I went to the office for my son’s TSA. They told me that I have to be present because my som is using my credit card. I got to the place and the TSA did not any email. I called TSA and they said that the office did not send in the fingerprint information. I called the AAA office who redirected me to the TSA who told me that the office needs to send the finger print so I am going to dispute the charge and do TSA in another office

I was sent there for a TSA appointment Saturday 2-24 the scanner GOVplus claiming your appointment Is all set. So when I get there I went to the window I spoke to (forgive I can’t remember his name ) tall black man . He said politely to me there was no appointment for me. WHAT ! Please take I’ll seat what I can do. Then he spoke to the woman who’s in charge of doing TSA who was also polite as well. She said if this person doesn’t show I’ll do it for you ! They were a no show . Low and be hold she did it for me. I was so happy cause I didn’t have to do all those forms again. I couldn’t thank them enough.

This location has TSA pre-check. We worked with them. Service was great and quick. I recommend. You have to make an appointment inline and be an AAA member.

We did the TSA pre check here and had a great experience! The woman who helped us (I wish I asked her name, I’m sorry) was so sweet and helpful. We were worried about the location but this seemed to be in a very safe area with plenty of parking. It was a very fast process and she was so nice to our son and included him in the process. Thanks so much!

They treat gold customers like they’re the walk ins off the street. You shouldn’t wait hours for a tow that you pre pay for annually. It’s crazy my father needed a tow he’s a gold member and waited 4+ hours for a IN TOWN TOW. that’s ridiculous. When I was a kid AAA was fantastic now its terrible quality control is down clearly

Got a flat tire so I went on the app. The app was super easy, no hassle of waiting to talk to someone, and they had someone sent out to me asap. Jonathan from Avenue was there within 20mins of sending the call. He was super nice and soo quick! the whole process was less than an hour. I had my daughter with me so I appreciated everything being so quick and simple.
