The vegetables at our Thanksgiving dinner came from the Waldingfield farm and we recommend getting their produce all year round! We had the additional pleasure of a tour by Patrick, who explained the farm's history and the passion he, his brother, and the rest of the team bring to organic farming. The magnificent barn is not only a place to buy fresh vegetables and homemade preserves, it can also be used for festivities and concerts.

Stopped by the farmer’s market in Newtown a Fairfield Hills on Tuesday (open 2-6) and I got some veggies from Waldingfield Farm. Yum! I’ll be back next week too.
