“Stayed for a night to go to a wedding. I wasn’t super happy with the customer service beforehand. But overall the stay was great and made up for that small hick up.I contacted the inn weeks in advance requesting early check in. I also called beforehand when I got a reminder email. I got serious attitude when I called beforehand and apparently no one noticed my request. I know a request is a request especially with early check in, but I didn’t need the attitude.So I was a little guarded coming in for check in but I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted by a super nice front desk and given a warm cookie. The room was gorgeous and the lobby still had holiday decorations that were so pretty.At check out my husband and I were slow moving, they graciously checked us out and gave us the extra 30 to get ourselves together. Overall a really great stay and if we find ourselves up here again this will be our first pick.”

“We enjoyed the best dining experience , on a Mother's Day, than we have ever had before. The Shrimp Scampi Risotto, the baked cod, as well as the calamari and oyster appetizers , were delicious!! Then chocolate mousse, bread pudding, house made vanilla ice cream highly recommend. Susie provided timely, efficient, knowledgeable service, and she is so pleasant.Mom was thrilled with her special dinner. Thank you to the staff.”

“Wine with a view of the lake on sunny day is relaxing! Outdoor seating is spacious , but upstair has the best lake view.I personally like Riesling pairing with chocolate.”

“My organization is very fortunate to be able to have our events at this venue & it is just so beautiful. It doesn’t matter the weather, the season, they always do an amazing job making it gorgeous. So intimate & rustic! I want to have a large event just so I can have it at this venue. I wish that there was more parking & it was a little more leveled (not paved). The furniture is all mix matched, which makes the space look so unique. If you are wearing clothing that is thin or delicate, be careful choosing a chair, some of them do not have smooth wood & will pull at your clothes, I learned the hard way, my only complaint.”

“19Main is absolutely gorgeous! Our guests have not stopped talking about how cool the coat room (safety deposit boxes) and the vaults were to explore during our cocktail hour and reception! The bridal suite is beautiful, and how many people can say they got their hair and makeup done in a vault?! The groom and groomsmen had an amazing time in their lounge playing cards, foosball and watching football! Our photos from inside of the venue are stunning with all of the vaults, drop box and safety deposit boxes!Kylie is so amazing to work with! Throughout the whole planning process, she was always available. Responding to all of my emails within minutes! For tours, she was very flexible and willing to work with us on meeting times. I work second shift and my husband works days, so finding a time for both of us to be able to tour the venue and meet with Kylie would have been impossible if she wasn't so willing to work with us! She helped to make the day of stress free for me, handling anything and everything that was thrown at her!This venue (and Kylie) exceeded our expectations and made our day that much more special!!”

“This is a nice hotel. I come to town for work a few times a year and this is one of two places near our office. It's a little dated but definitely the best of the two options. Service is usually good. Really nice and big fitness center. Enough amenities within a mile.”
