TERRIBLE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERSMy family have been longtime patrons of this bank.Recently my Mother, who is a cancer survivor and is one year clear, and was celebrating her birthday at the restaurant across the street, went through the drive thru to do her banking and then parked at the bank.When she came out of the restaurant, her car had been towed, she had no way of getting down to the towing lot, one of the staff at the restaurant kindly gave her a ride and waited with her. She had to pay $200 and she is an older person, this was absolutely outrageous for a bank to treat their patrons this way. She was so upset and distressed.My family are all changing our banking to Peoples.

I have been a USB customer for well over 20 years. I am totally satisfied with the way I have been treated by the bank and in particular it's staff. I can not imagine going anywhere else for my banking needs.
