For the past five or so months, Brad has been caring for my house and it has been a great experience. He is reliable and responsive. In his weekly visits, after storm visits and meetings with any contractors, his reports etc are thorough and detailed. He has earned my trust and as a newcomer to the area, I value his opinion.
