Anne is great with regard to explaining as we go. As we are a small group she can really see and make suggestions individually as we go thru each movement.

One of my favorite places to be! The studio is beautiful and peaceful. There is also an awesome rooftop space. The instructors are the best, so kind and talented! I look forward to going to all my classes.

4 years ago I moved up to the New Milford area and I took a few yoga classes in the past at different studio but then I found Ah Yoga lead By Ann and Now Elora also it change my life and body for the betterSo come give it a try you won’t regret it
