They take forever and don’t seem to understand what it is to be a good salesperson- and they are ridiculously expensive. So happy I found Peter at Bela’s. He could not have been more professional and friendly. He fixed my necklace in a few minutes. No nonsense about sending it out to be repaired to be picked up days later. And the price was right!
