Great place to bring your fur babies. Dr. Lisa is a pleasure to help get your furry one back on to the road to recovery. I've also had Dr. O' Callaghan as well treat my furry ones and she is just as equally awesome. I highly recommend them.

Unprofessional and poor animal care. Would NEVER take my pets here. I suggest looking into other vets in the area that actually inquire into your pets medical history and understand what they are practicing. Seem to care more about the paycheck than the animals they're treating. Don't let all the positive reviews fool you. Choose a different vet.

While the staff has always been pleasant, it seems getting through on the phone to schedule continue of care and follow up bloodwork to ensure my pets health has now become extremely difficult. I have tried calling different days at different times and have been put on hold every time, which is not a problem but 15 plus minutes goes by and the phone either disconnects or I was sadly forgotten. And when trying to call back I go through the same process again. I understand short staff and a busy practice but this really makes me question the quality of care and accuracy of information being passed onto myself and my pets. When following up with past bloodwork I was called over a few days by two different staff members to go over the results that I was already given. A little disappointing.

This establishment killed my cat.If I could leave zero stars I would, because they don’t even deserve one.New to the area, I brought my indoor, 15 year old, diabetic cat to this establishment. Not because she was unwell, simply to have her established with a local vet given her health condition just in case any emergencies were to arise. Little did I know they would be the ones to cause the fatal emergency that killed her two days after being seen. Her previous vet never pushed any unnecessary vaccines on me being that was she again: indoor, old, and diabetic. I brought her in for a routine checkup and to establish her as a patient. When they brought up the vaccines that they wanted to give her, they did not inform me of anything other than what she was getting, which was rabies & distemper. We asked if it was necessary being that she’s an indoor cat, to which they replied “it’s state law.” and proceeded to stick the needles into her. Giving us absolutely no information about the vaccines, the side effects, potential risks, or alternative options. The next day as a result of these vaccines she was completely lethargic and had completely stopped eating, which as a diabetic is a big issue because she needs to eat in order to get her insulin shots. I brought her back the following day (2 days after her initial appointment) in which she was referred to a 24 hour emergency vet to potentially be admitted. Her body was shutting down & she ended up needing to be euthanized that night. Given the circumstances of losing my cat two days after she was given these shots, I’ve done my research. Yes, the rabies vaccine is state mandated UNLESS “the licensed veterinarian has examined such animal and determined that a rabies vaccination would endanger the animal's life due to disease or other circumstances.” Well this veterinarian was negligent and my animals life WAS in fact endangered, and worse, ended. We could have filled out an exemption form to be sent and approved by the state which we would have happily done IF WE WERE INFORMED THAT THIS WAS AN OPTION.As far as the distemper vaccine goes, it is not state mandated as we were told that it was. Both of these vaccines were entirely too risky to be giving to an older cat with a condition such as diabetes, and the “professionals” whose judgement we trusted should have known better and been more informative with us.We were misinformed, ill-informed, and my cat’s life was ended early by the MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE AND MALPRACTICE of this establishment. They should be ashamed of themselves. The doctor who forcibly injected my cat with unnecessary and dangerous vaccines to a 15 year old diabetic cat should lose her license and the business as a whole should be shut down.We brought her there trusting that they would TREAT her and give her efficient CARE, not carelessly end her life. Regardless of her age and being diabetic, she was still in good health until we brought her to Yalesville. She was still full of life until it was ended early by this joke of a veterinary hospital. And they were sure to charge us handsomely for the “care” that killed my baby. Do not endanger your animals by bringing them here. Do your research, inform yourself, know what questions to ask so you don’t end up in my situation. This was avoidable. Learn from my mistakes.

The Vets and staff are compassionate and understanding, not just with their patients but also with the owners. They also accommodate me scheduling appointments at the last minute because my cat suffers from an autoimmune disorder that flares up and is very painful for him

HORRENDOUS place...sent a message describing the issues going on with my English Bulldog...still waiting for a response. Take in consideration that I've been there over 6 times with the same pet & now that I'm financially struggling to make ends meet I'm desperately concerned about my baby's well being...and do you think they give a damn? Never going back there again. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY!!!
