Glad to see they listen to their customers.Good small business and they DO answer the phone. The touchless wash works better than others in the area.Negative reviews seem to be mostly uninformed consumers. A touchless wash is not ideal for absolutely filthy cars, vehicles covered in sap, or cars with caked-on neglect. For really gross cars, use the self wash bays to loosen stuff up and get the car to a decent baseline. After that, the touchless bay is a great way to keep up with maintenance cleaning without damaging paint like a touch automated car wash would. A touchless wash will not make a shamefully disgusting car clean, but it'll make a reasonably dirty car look great. ?(Section criticizing their lack of trash cans removed, since they did the right thing and added them!)

Decided to try new touch less clean. Not satisfied at all, side of car was still dirty, I can still write on side of the car with my hand. The back still had some soap left. Interesting idea but car isn't clean.Edit: Changed from 1 to 4 stars. Great customer service. If you are someone who washes their car weekly/montly than this would be a great idea. For someone who washes every other month, the dust might not all come off initially.

Car wash is unkept , no trash cans,no one on sight if you need assistance. It just misses the mark.

Went there today. I usually clean the car myself at home but was feeling lazy. Figured I would use the touch less and then wipe and wax at home saving a step. I opted for the 20$ wash. I got home and the top of the car was clean, but the front, sides, and back were still dirty (no step saved and out 20$). Will not be using this place again.Changed review from 1 to 4 stars. The reason is the owner reached out and refunded my money. That shows a standup business. Thank you for the refund.

Touch-less car wash , Open 24/7Good part is we can wash car ourself by using one of the garage for $4 and have access to all the cleaning stuff as well

For $10, it cannot be beat. Incredibly simple, swipe your card, pick an option pull and *put the car in park*, & enjoy the fun. Every once in a while, I have some issue with not putting the car in the exact proper spot, but there’s a phone number and it says “we answer the phone”, and they do. A person answers immediately and always gives me a four digit code to pull around and do it again. It might just be me being a dodo bird lol, but it’s always a great wash. I have never chosen anything but the bottom line $10 car wash, but there are options. I just need the car washed, and I don’t have the money to go higher, and if I really did want undercarriage and special wheel treatment and hot wax, I’d go to a full service car wash, but 24/7 this one is available and for me it’s perfect. The car gets clean, even a decent Job on the wheels and I didn’t select the additional amount for wheels. If you’re not a fanatic, spend 10 bucks and you’ll love it

Overall, very happy for the 2 times I've been there. They seem to do a reasonable job for a touchless car wash. Those types of washes are never going to get a car cleaned 100%. I wish they had a membership based program that would give you a better price. Paying $20 every 2 weeks is not something I want to do.

I’ve been using the Wallingford Wave Car Wash since the new owner Ed installed the brushless bays. At least 25+ car washes later I’m still a loyal customer.My car comes out spotless and without the brush marks that regular car washes leave.Never ever had any issues. ? A+

IM SOLD ON IT.

Today I went to the car wash and it happened again, it ate my quarters at the same bay 1 machine, took my dollar And I couldn’t use debit card.Customer service, to resolve the issue was great, second time this has happened.Was only able to get money back if I gave them personal info though.<.<>.>But the issue was rectified.Please fix the machine.

I used Wave Car Wash for the first time last week. I had a wonderful experience. I drove into the bay, and the touchless car wash washed my entire car without even touching it. I especially like that it cleaned under the car. In the past I’ve had trouble going through car washes that have brushes because they have scratched my vehicle. This was a super easy experience.
