This little pharmacy in the center of a big Walmart is a gem. On occasions when CVS and Walgreens in our hometown have failed, this plucky little pharmacy comes through. In contrast to the chronically understaffed chain pharmacies, Walmart's pharmacy is staffed--and by people who coöperate with customers, rather than shuttle them along as nuisances as happens too often at the chains. Though small, the pharmacy is well-stocked and offers a full array of vaccinations, performed efficiently if their COVID procedures are any indication. The staff is courteous and helpful. This is a go-to if, like me, the thought of dealing with CVS and Walgreens gives you a headache.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!! The Wallingford Walmart is an absolute ZOO! The current manager is a MORON and there are always items missing when we get delivery! On top of it they never answer the phone, and the ONE time they did I was transfered 7 times and put on hold for over 30 minutes until I was eventually hung up on!! Good luck if you need to speak with someone with more then one brain cell!!

The past few times I ordered Walmart Delivery from this store I never even received the delivery. They don't answer the phone most of the time in that department and when they did answer once I asked them where my delivery was. They hung up on me. My order was 4 hours late at that point. Tonight, my order never showed up again. They should call customers to let them know when there is a problem but they have zero communication. They just blow off the deliveries.

Post from my brother in-law-- We had a very bad experience at the Wallingford Walmart. I'm not naming the family member due to embarrassment. This is a copy of the email sent to Walmart corporate office. We will no longer be shopping at Walmart. We wanted to complain about your Walmart in Wallingford Connecticut. A family member was in line and asked twice to please go in and use your bathroom and come back out because they were going to have an accident. The man was very rude. Our family member ended up pooping in their pants by accident in front of everyone in line. The man was laughing. They were also treating my wife like she was stupid and didn't understand English because she has dark skin. We will no longer shop at Walmart and will be posting in our social media accounts about this Walmart employees behavior. So you know who to discipline this happened may 22cnd around 11:09am. Anyone may share this post. It would be nice if it went viral. This is a very racist move and very unprofessional... this should not be taken lightly and I believe that drastic actions should be taken.. we say no to racism , equal treatment.. Walmart #walmart

Slow cashiers, long lines, barely any registers open. Very busy location. Hard to find help in departments. Either shrugged off or get an attitude when requesting assistance for locked items.

Worst Walmart I've ever been too. Waited over 25 min for someone to come an open a cabinet to get spray paint which now locked up. People have been paged 4 times and still no one showed up. Thanks for wasting my time

Awful experience. Very unorganized due to the plastic bag tax so if you bring your own bags they don't help at all. I shouldn't feel like I work there. I did more work than the cashier and when I went to talk to a manager. I was talked to very rudely and was told don't come back if I don't like their system but they have no system. However I will listen to the manager and never go back. I highly recommend Big Y stores if you live near one. #BoycottWalmart

Cool new feature ! I used to have to go wayyyyyy the back of this store to pick up my small items I would order online so I didn't have to search for it that day . Today I was pleasantly surprised to see the new way upfront in the store. You find the Ready to Pick Up Email sent to you and scan your smart phone or enter your info on this kiosk and it comes out the machine . Very cool. They only deal with smaller items (shoebox size) but it is easy and unique . I will order alot more now that they have this .

This place is big and has a lot of useful items, but it's not worth the hassles of parking, navigating the aisles or dealing with so many sour employees. The shoppers are no bargain, either. Parking: The lot is akin to midtown Manhattan, cars and people everywhere. From those who double park to those who walk in the middle of the driving lane, it's a nightmare. The crosswalk is aggravating, too. I don't mind waiting for pedestrians to cross, but a young man should be able to pull up his pants long enough so as to not move at a snail's pace. Some people move so slow as they cross and, worse, stare at you as they do, as if daring you to beep or yell at them. It's confrontational at best. Aisles/Shoppers: Some people have no sense of personal space. In fact, a few will even bump you if it means getting to the last sale can of Lysol. Also, beware the aisle-blocking shopper ... the ones who are blocking the aisle, know you're coming and still remain idle until you say "excuse me" before finally moving. Sadly, it seems the terms "please", "thank you" and "excuse me" are not a part of many shoppers' terminology. Employees: There are some pleasant faces. But not many. One older woman who works at the customer self-checkout center seems easily agitated by customers who seek her assistance. If people bother you so much, then perhaps customer service isn't your bag?! The bag checkers are mostly pleasant, although there are a few who likely picture themselves as RoboCop, demanding receipts for those unbagged swimming noodles.

I worked in a pharmacy in the pass I was a tech Therefore I know how pharmacy works. And trust me when I say this a tech should my clean up after a pharmacist dirty work with a customer. The pharmacist there is unprofessional has no etiquette dose not care for her customers and seems not to have control of her pharmacy and let me not start on her management skills I couldn't get the pharmacist name or else I would include it in this review but the pharmacist did a very well job flipping her badge so I wouldn't see her name but I can say her tech Beth did a way better job than her because even though I was very upset and she Might not have agreed in many of the things I had to say about her pharmacist she kept calm and tried to defused the situation to the best of her ability.
