Will never use Tforce for booking again. I made my GUARANTEED freight reservation at 9:30 am for a TIME SENSITIVE SHIPMENT. Never received a call or an email saying that they weren’t planning on showing up. Didn’t find out till 2:30 that there wasn’t a driver in my area. Had to spend thousands of dollars on a priority shipment last minute.

Careless and useless. Rescheduled 3 deliveries without notifying a single person on shipper or receivers end. Claimed it was because they “didn’t have a truck with a lift gate” which was specified when the BOL was created so yes you did know you needed it. Had to call multiple times and talk to call center reps that barely speak English and promise things they can’t deliver on. Was promised a call first thing in the AM by a “manager” to solve pickup issue. After yet another no call no show with pickup I lost it, called again with a bad attitude and finally got to the dispatch manager of this particular location in Wallingford (in charge of my pickup). She was unapologetic in her response like she could care less that I had to drag a pallet in and out of my garage several times by myself with a bad back and zero communication. Excuse was “sorry I was busy”. Yeah, so was I, lady!!! Funny, I’m never to busy to call my customers that are paying me at my company! I would use ANY freight service BESIDES this one. Seriously pathetic way to operate a business guys, get it together. How many operators do you have picking up phones at call centers? How about a few employees to make outgoing calls to let your customers know you’re not planning on doing your jobs that day? Might help lower reviews like this one!

I would strongly recommend against using this company for your shipping needs. I was told a date and time to be prepared for delivery and no one ever showed up. This resulted in lost time at work and much frustration. This repeated for the rest of the week, with me being prepared with the forklift after I was told over the phone a time and date of delivery, and yet no one ever showed up. I would then call the office and be told it was unloaded for some new reason. We would clear everything up, and I would be told it would ship out the next morning... only to not be delivered again with no call to let me know. The package finally showed up at the end of the day on a Friday (it was supposed to be here at 10 a.m.), a full 6 days after it arrived at T-Force (UPS). I was given the runaround by staff repeatedly and was give excuse after excuse until the manager finally told me he didn't have an excuse for me and that it was their fault (which I did appreciated), but it was still mind blowing. I am currently working to receive a discount on shipping due to lost time and it is going nowhere (by design I am sure).

If u suggest better ways of doing things, they go out of there way to get rid of u. This will be the 5th TERMINATION that I have received. I was written up with a POSSABLE TERMINATION NOTICE, 5 weeks ago, for calling Central with a situation. So when I had another situation I waited n talked with a night manager ( which I thought he was), n he told me that he took pictures n said that I didn't need to do anything else. Well 2 days later I was TERMINATED for not calling Central, n not reporting the incident to the proper authority. They make it so hard to do your job the proper way. ?

They leave all the door up on empty trailers so drivers have to climb up inside and close them. They forgot company policy and they do not care

I was so disappointed with this UPS freight company. I paid top dollar to have a package delivered on time and it came a day late and after the 7 hour time window they gave me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said there was nothing that they could do to help me. Nothing was done. I will not be using them again for my freight needs.

Kind of confusing trying to find the pick up location. I asked a worker where is pick up he was very attentive and directed me where I was supposed to go. They use lift to put package in truck.

They suck plain and simple.
An item that I paid to have diverted to my home arrived at the depot on a Monday. They called and said that they would not be able to deliver it untill the following Tuesday???
Because it was 1st come 1st serve and they did not have another truck to deliver it with.
Ups the largest shipper on the planet does not have enough trucks to deliver somthing 4 towns away.
I had to go with my trailer and retrieve my self and there was no refund or discount or apology.
