Why do all these places give everyone such a hard time. I went in with a perfectly packaged and labeled box, but there is always some issue with the box, the label, the size, the temperature outside, whatever they feel on that day. The funny part is how this location gave me a hard time, but then the next ups store that I went to didn't say anything at all. Just took it scanned and took care of the next customer. I'M NOT BEING FORCED TO BUY YOUR PACKAGING! STOP GIVIMG EVERYONE A HARD TIME!!!

They want to charge $3.00 for you to email them a UPS return label! I've been to many UPS stores and no one charges $3.00 to do this. It's borderline a scam. They get at least $1.25 per return for an Amazon return. Now this scam artist lost out on all my Amazon returns. Pretty aggressive there buddy. I would rethink that business model you got there. Good luck.

A store meant for shipping wants to charge $11 for a box to put your (Amazon) return in, but a store meant for clothing (kohls) does it free of charge. What a complete rip off.

I have been using the Wallingford UPS store for 2 years for my business. The staff has been absolutely stellar! My packages have always been where I needed them to be, and I'm continually greeted with a smile. I'm a luxury clothing designer, but I never felt the need to tell the staff because they always took care of my packages no matter what was inside. Very appreciative to Jim, Adam, and the Team!
