Would not take a package that had a plastic wrapping tightly over it to prevent rain from damaging it. Correctly measured, weighed, and labeled. Rudely dismissed and told to take it down the street. Note - I routinely ship packed items the same way - with UPS. Please view the picture attached and determine if this was an acceptable "dismissal"
- Edit - this was delivered with NO problem using UPS at a different store location

There's never a time that the Wallingford UPS store does not come through for me! No matter if I need professional copies, brochures, prints or anything shipped, they are truly the best! The order brochure attached was a last minute, i need it now please for my meeting at noon. Within a half hour of emailing the info, it was ready for pickup!! Customer service at it's best!!! I returned for the second time after the memory of my first bad experience faded in a couple of years, hoping things changed. The store is convenient in location. There has been no change in bold rudeness and incompetence among employees. When will the management or owner change? Sigh.

Just picked up my coffee pods from this location. I also recycle used coffee pods, and this is the reason that I have new coffee pods shipped to a UPS Store. When I pick up my new pods, I recycle my used pods. Nespresso, the coffee company, provides postage paid recycle envelopes.
So I received notice that my new coffee pods were in. UPS postage is fully paid when ordering. The girl at the counter retrieved them for me from the back. And then told me that "it will be $5.00." ?????? I told her, "NO! Postage was paid by the company that shipped them!" She then gave me my package without charging me. NO ARGUMENT from her. A VERY LAME ATTEMPT TO RIP OFF A CUSTOMER FOR A FEW DOLLARS. Beware of this location. Take your business elsewhere. Ignorant, arrogrant, thiefing.

They want to charge $3.00 for you to email them a UPS return label! I've been to many UPS stores and no one charges $3.00 to do this. It's borderline a scam. They get at least $1.25 per return for an Amazon return. Now this scam artist lost out on all my Amazon returns. Pretty aggressive there buddy. I would rethink that business model you got there. Good luck.
