I’ve been bringing my car here for years and I’ve always been very happy with their service department and particularly their good communication. I also converted my lease to a loan here and was happy with that department as well.

These people WILL hang you out to dry. We bought a vehicle from them back in July. Long story short, we got hit with a huge fine for late vehicle registration because Toyota or their third party company failed to register the vehicle on time. Either way, Toyota refused to tell us the name of the third party when I wanted to hash it out with them. It's October and this problem has gone ignored since we bought the vehicle in July. Steve Lang ignored most of our texts we sent to try to get this resolved. He'll sell you a car then ignore you. CJ Morella is unprofessional and difficult to deal with. He claims he's the head honcho, that they don't have a general manager or owner. This is a lie. He stated today that he refused to further help us with the third party, he talked over my wife then finally hung up on her. What is he? 3 years old. What kind of business hangs up on people. He went ballistic when my wife threatened a bad review. Horrible experience. Stay away.

Not terribly responsive, but they're just working. Once you get ahold of them, they have exactly what you need (if you need parts for your Toy) and know their stock.

This job was supposed to be a hour wait. It took them over 2 hours. For a simple tire rotation. Frankly I think they forgot about me. I've seen people who came after me leave before me. What is going on? Service is not what it should be. The place is beautiful but service stinks!Service: Tire rotations

If you have lifetime battery replacement with the dealer and your battery fails when you are 1300 miles away.........you're out of luck. You will not get reimbursed for the replacement cost. Won't be doing my trade here.

It was pleasure. That is my third car at this facility and they never disappoint. My salesperson's name was Steve pleasant. Got the job done. Got me out there before you know it. Well one thing to know is the price is fixed. They don't give any additional discount. So if you're buying a car and you see the cost is 22k the 22k and plus other fees you are going to pay but the price is not going down.

No Stars AwardedParts department is a literal disaster. Stopped in a week ago to order an interior handle cover. I didn't expect them to have it in stock so no problem, ordered and paid. A week later I hadn't heard from them so I stopped by when I was in the area. They ordered the wrong part. Then they had the runner (because no way to get to the actual parts dept you have to have an employee play messenger for you) tell me they'd be out to see me in 5 min. AN HOUR later I went and got someone else on my own. Then the guy I trapped into being my new runner proceeds to go back and forth 4 times when all I asked was that they order the part and put it in the mail to me (it's the size of a quarter roughly). They refuse to mail it to me, he tells me that "the guy gave me this paper for you to order the part yourself and they can ship it to you". I ask about the refund for my original order (another trip inside to see the All Knowing Oz in the parts department who clearly WILL NOT come outside, he returns claiming I never paid for the part. Forget it, keep the $4...maybe buy another Transformer for the showroom idk...I'll get the right part from one of the other 2 Toyota dealers between here and my house. Good grief!

Woof. Bought a pre-owned car, usual wrestling, price was ok, car was ok. The usual attempts to do dealer add-ons, most of which were present when they took the car, and talked them out of all of them. Final inspection, looked fine, they took it off to wash it as we closed the deal. When it came back, It was spotted with water but not cleaner, fine, but they had bannered the trunk lid, and worse, it was crooked. Very low brow.Now, they're giving my friend static because they want to keep her "refundable for any reason" deposit after another dealer found the car she had been looking for, first.

I have no idea how service was because it was maintenance. Hopefully they treated my car better than the customer. Did you know they have NO bathrooms for customers waiting for their car? They pleasantly tell you you can use the outhouse in subzero temperatures and right in the front of the entrance or walk to Dunkin next door. Kind of funny or not. Good thing I didn't wait to the last minute. I hope workers have better facilities than that.Service: Auto maintenance

Do not give any business to Steve Lang of Wallingford Toyota. He is extremely rude and will rip you off. He does not answer any of your questions and is apparently never wrong

Hands down, the most seamless and positive car buying experience I've had in a very long time! The receptionist is an absolute ray of sunshine and arranged me to get an appointment with a sales team member within minutes of my inquiry. Eli was a pleasure to work with. Personable, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy. I told him that I was there to buy a car the same day, and he made it happen. He went the extra mile to get me a great value on my trade in. I would recommend anyone looking to ask for him specifically. My day was made better today because of Eli and this dealership and I love my new truck!
