I am updating my rating to 4 stars due to my recent experience after having my vehicle (Toyota Highlander) serviced. At the time I was picking up my vehicle there was a line for a radio show on the parking lot which backed up the lines and made driving and getting my car off the lot very difficult. I think in the future when events like this are taking place that a warning, heads up, or a plan be put in place for paying customers to be able to pick up their vehicle without incidence.

Upon arrival was greet by Freddie who was very thorough explaining me about the services. I was then taken to the service department where Dave was waiting to assist. Everything took less than 15 minutes. The overall service was excellent.

I could not have asked for a better car buying experience than what Mark provided. Mark Stevens is knowledgeable, professional, thoughtful, and responsive when it comes to every step of the process from simply inquiring all the way to teaching you about your new car. As a young female, it can be overwhelming to purchase a new vehicle and Mark clarified and walked me through every part until I felt comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend!Dan Roberts goes above and beyond to provide the highest level of professional service I have ever experienced. He is intuitive, responsive, thoughtful, and highly skilled in his industry. Purchasing a car and talking financials can be overwhelming. Not only did Dan help find the exact car I was hoping for, but he walked me through and explained every step of the purchasing process so I understood. I could not recommend anyone better suited for the job.

I can't stand coming here. I bought my car from WOW Toyota in 2019, because I got a great deal on it and they were local. They had a promotion, at the time, where I receive free oil changes for the entire life of the car, which is a big deal when the car in question takes synthetic oil; it would cost $80 every time I needed an oil change. Great! All staff members have been kind and courteous to me every time as well. That's about where the good things I have to say end.The problem with this dealership, like most, is the level of disorganization and price gouging I've had to face. I've coincidentally "needed" a cabin filter replacement every time I've gone in for an oil change or tire rotation, about twice a year, despite being well under the recommended 12,000-15,000 miles driven on it.The single worst experience I've had, though, was them telling me they would replace the rear wiper blade on my car since mine was at the end of its life. But, once they took it off and threw it out, they realized they didn't have a replacement in stock, so they put duct tape over the hook to prevent damage. They then said they would reimburse me on my next service appointment for the price of one, which they straight up did not do. I found this to be repulsive because I've replaced it myself multiple times and could have done it again if they suggested doing that instead. If it weren't for the oil changes being comped, I would go elsewhere for service.

These people WILL hang you out to dry. We bought a vehicle from them back in July. Long story short, we got hit with a huge fine for late vehicle registration because Toyota or their third party company failed to register the vehicle on time. Either way, Toyota refused to tell us the name of the third party when I wanted to hash it out with them. It's October and this problem has gone ignored since we bought the vehicle in July. Steve Lang ignored most of our texts we sent to try to get this resolved. He'll sell you a car then ignore you. CJ Morella is unprofessional and difficult to deal with. He claims he's the head honcho, that they don't have a general manager or owner. This is a lie. He stated today that he refused to further help us with the third party, he talked over my wife then finally hung up on her. What is he? 3 years old. What kind of business hangs up on people. He went ballistic when my wife threatened a bad review. Horrible experience. Stay away.

Had a very nice experience with Tim as my salesperson. He is very calm and understanding and will not push too hard. We ended up making a deal and Rocco negotiated it with him and I. In the end I felt that my deal was decent especially with the current car market. I have not been able to check out their service as of yet but will be soon and I hope they are going to give me a similar experience.

I have purchased two used vehicles and one new vehicle from this Toyota dealership. A 2017 Camry (new), a 2019 RAV4 and a 2016 Tacoma. Both used cars within a year have had mechanical problems. Neither time that I have tried to address these issues have I received any help and only thing told is to pay up for something that shouldn’t of been broken in the first place. Don’t recommend buying used here. They can not guarantee the cars they sell. Unless your looking for a car your going to have to fix something on within the year stay clear. Will never buy a car here again

I thoroughly enjoyed working with all of the staff. They were all friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. In fact, I ended up talking with several of the people for over a half hour each about their interests and things not directly related to the purchasing process, which made me much more relaxed and took away the stress of buying from strangers. (By choice—one has a grandson at my university, another trades collectible cards, and the last showed me the radio station they have upstairs.) At the end of the purchasing process, they made sure I understood everything about my car and making me feel like they were paying attention to me as a person, not as a sales target. I will definitely come back, and I've already recommended the dealership to several friends. I truly appreciated the care and attention I received.

My experience with Wow Toyota has been an absolute pleasure! Will most definitely recommend this dealer ship to any one who is looking for a new vehicle. My sales man was Brian Carabetta, and he was such an amazing and helpful sales person, he was able to answer all our questions, made the purchase of our new 2023 Toyota Rav 4 just an easy process. They went above and beyond with what we needed and they helped us get out of a nightmare that we were living with our previous lease from another dealership. Overall the experience was amazing and will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. Our finance representative was also such a pleasure to work with. No complaints at all.

Went in on April 8 to lease a Toyota Tundra, and left a $500 dollar deposit on a tundra that I couldn’t end up getting due to not having a co-signer, this dealer would not return the 500 dollars even though I couldn’t buy the vehicle. Went to Milford Toyota and lease a more expensive Toyota Tundra for less money down and less a month don’t shop here these guys are crooks. Salesman name was steve lang. and the manager name was CJ I BELIEVE.

I had a truly awful and disappointing experience with this dealership. It all started when I saw an advertisement for a Toyota Sienna that was available for sale. I called the dealership on Friday morning and spoke with a salesperson who confirmed that the car was reserved under my name. We discussed picking up the car on Saturday as agreed.However, as Saturday came around, I was told by the salesperson, Steve Lang, that we needed to wait for financing approval before finalizing the purchase. Despite this delay, Steve assured us that the car was still reserved under my name.Throughout the following week, I tried to reach out to both Steve and the finance manager, Dan Roberts, but was unable to get in touch with them. They had promised to call me back, but their lack of communication was disappointing.After numerous attempts, I finally managed to reach Steve at the end of the second week, only to find out that the car had been sold. I expressed my frustration and asked why neither Steve nor Dan had informed me about it. To my disbelief, Steve responded that the MANAGEMENT had decided to sell the car at their own discretion, despite my reservation.This level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is completely unacceptable. It is incredibly disappointing to be treated this way after reserving a car and waiting for financing approval. The dealership's management should be held accountable for their actions.

I brought my car in for service today and want to commend you for the professionalism and knowledge of the young woman who did my intake, I believe her name is Shannon. Pleasant and kind, she listened to my car problem explanation then played a couple of you tube videos to help me narrow down the sound I heard to diagnose the problem. Often, I feel like I’m treated like an idiot when I go in to get a repair at other places; here it was a collaborative process. Great job!

If you have lifetime battery replacement with the dealer and your battery fails when you are 1300 miles away.........you're out of luck. You will not get reimbursed for the replacement cost. Won't be doing my trade here.
