I recently had a fantastic experience at Wow Toyota (of Wallingford) thanks to Mark and Dan. From the moment I arrived, Mark was welcoming and attentive, asking insightful questions to understand my needs without any pressure. His knowledge of the vehicles was impressive, and he took the time to explain the features and benefits of each option, helping me make an informed decision.
Mark's genuine enthusiasm and patience made the entire process enjoyable. He was transparent about pricing and worked diligently to get me the best deal possible. Even after the purchase, he followed up to ensure everything was going smoothly with my new car.

Mark was great! We weren’t hassled while walking through the lot looking, but as soon as we walked inside and were greeted they called Mark over and he worked with us. We never felt pressured to make a decision and were able to seamlessly comeback the next day and settle everything, driving out with our new vehicle within an hour. Easily the least amount of time I’ve ever spent inside a dealership while completing a purchase.

I had a great experience with Tim the salesperson there, enough to prevent me from giving a one star review (my experience with him is 5 stars out of 5). The sale’s manager Roco on the other hand was a rude, arrogant, nasty person. We backed out of a car due to the cost and he tried to refuse to return the deposit. I won’t work with him again, nasty, nasty person! Tim is a saint though!

When my 2024 Grand Highlander was stolen, WOW Toyota was so amazing to me and my family that I will never look anywhere else. We are a family of 5 and our car was stolen while we were on vacation in Montreal, Canada, leaving us stranded. The first thing we did when we got back home was visit WOW Toyota. They had us in a car similar to what we lost the same day. Mark was our salesman and Steve (the owner) came over and introduced himself. Thank you Mark and Steve for making this whole process a bit less stressful!

Kind, courteous, VERY helpful. Mark Stevens was very thorough. He helped me purchase the car and register it in MA, which is not simple, but he got me fully prepared. They were honest and fair with no pressure.

Lang was on his phone the entire test drive and manager CJ was like a movie stereotype level of pushy, and standoffish. If I'm spending 30 thousand dollars, I'm gonna need more than 4 minutes to weigh my options, think about cost analysis and whats best for my wallet. When I say "thank you for your time, I need to think about it," the correct answer is, "ok great we'd love your business and look forward to hearing from you!" not "why?"

Rented a vehicle from them. Process was longer than expected. I was treated rudely by service staff, salespeople, and initial rental rep( heavy set Hispanic woman with tattoos). The Second Gentleman that handled the rental at check in and check out I give 4 out of 5 stars. Will I ever buy a vehicle given this experience??? Hell no!!!
