Owner was dismissive of us and not welcoming. Mostly smaller sizes. The owner claims price point and sizes for everyone...not the case. Disappointed in this shop.

I purchase my mother of bride dress there and was very happy with service. However I was in today 10/10 to purchase a pair of earrings to go with my dress. I felt as though the employee could care less.I could tell she felt very inconvenienced to go to her IPad down stairs to look for the price which was not on the earrings. I never walk out of a store feeling so let down. Sorry to write this extremely disappointed

The Dressing Room Haus is SUCH a cute spot. Not only do I recommend for their cute boutique, but absolutely check out their stunning assortment of bridal gowns! They were incredibly fun to work with and their team is so kind and amazing!

Horrible! DECEPTIVE! I searched online for a particular pair of shoes for my daughter and found them in her size at The Dressing Room. i checked the website return police and read RETURNS+ Exchanged within 14 days. The shoes did not fit. I initiated the return and emailed in frustration when I could not complete the return. I was told only store credit. they refuse to communicate with me further. Very very deceptive business.

I used to get every dress I own from here and now all you can find is knock off "designer" jewelry and sweaters that you know were cheaply made, being sold for an arm and a leg. extremely disappointing and not a good look.

Both Chris ( Madison) and Lindsay ( Wallingford) and the entire Dressing Room team have been amazing! My friends and I enjoy traveling both stores and love the apparel and accessories they offer! Unique and trendy, I would highly recommend visiting The Dressing Room for a great shopping experience! ❤️❤️❤️

Prom is a unique experience, I came to the Dress Room in Wallingford looking for the perfect dress for my daughter's prom. We found a dress, she loved it and needed some alterations so the Owner referred me to a tailor nearby. Everything was going smoothly, customer service was great but The tailor send me a picture and I came to notice that the dress I paid over $700.00 for was poorly made. The dress is a fiasco, the sewing is poorly made. After I called the store they didn't even care about the problem, the only reason I'm not returning the dress is that my daughter is scared of not having a dress for her prom. The tailor did what she could but is still very noticiable.Please be aware of the store and the dresses may not be worth what you are paying for them.

This place was amazing!! The moment I walked in they make you feel relaxed as if you been friends for a long time! Buy a dress for your daughter wedding is a bit nerve wrecking Especially when it’s a destination wedding and you’re on a time limit. Lindsay went above and beyond to accommodate me, as far as even opening up a little earlier! Her dresses are unique and one of a kind, I looked high and low for the exact dress I had in mind.. he had exactly what I wanted. I can’t highly recommend her enough

So saddened by my experience today. I've lived in North Haven my whole life and have always wanted to stop in here! I finally did today and will never be back! I loved a pair of jeans in the window and as soon as I walked in was ready to drop quite a bit of money but that quickly changed after being helped by a blonde woman. After my first encounter with her I immediately felt like I was a bother to her. I was answered with an attitude and a tone that was so disappointing. Clearly my money was not needed. Will not be back and have spread the word.
