Purchased 2 CF-30s from Telrepco. The Warranty is great peace of mind, but I have never had to use it.I have called tech support, prompt, friendly, service and understanding techs. Excellent products and people. Highly recommended.Shout out to Ron, Justin and Jonathan! thanks guys!Johnathan Helped me Get my Windows CD Key so I could restore my Old Telrepco machine.. the CoA sticker had worn off. Fast service and he waited until I got the email. Still #1 in my book.

Great company. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. I use them with multiple agencies. Using their refurbished units which arrive to us in a near new looking condition has been a great way to get the most out of our tight budgets. They provide a great product backed by a better warranty, and back that up with the best support staff. Any issues I have ever had have been resolved in a more than timely manor. The staff are very knowledgeable, kind, responsive, and respectful.

Gave them my Lenovo laptop to fix a defective screen - they immediately ordered a replacement screen, got the part the next morning from Lenovo, and I woke up to an email that my laptop was ready for pickup. The people at Telrepco are incredibly friendly, in addition to providing a ridiculously quick fix for my laptop. Thank you!
