Went here to cash three checks through the drive through and had a problem with one of them. The woman had a bad attitude and yelled at me when I asked a question about the check. Didnt even say hello to me , have a nice day or how I would like the cash from the other two checks back .

I'm goving this review based on Amy baker.she was so wonderful correcting all mistakes because of different teller. She is so sweet and professional I highly recommend her for any help or assistance you might need.

I like TD bank as a whole. But this particular branch really lacks good customer service. I recommend going to a different branch for you banking needs. ??????

Staff and services are great. Sometimes they appear to be slightly understaffed but I am always greeted with a smile and everyone there is very professional.

Branch is understaffed. Both inside and outside atms not accepting cash deposits. But neither have a sign on them indicating so. So after waiting and going through menus on both atms, I go inside to do a cash deposit only to find one teller at the counter, and three employees sitting at their desks gossiping. Waste of time.

The people are miserable, all have RBFI used the drive up ATM, and the machine ate my card. I went inside to tell them and they were very rude and insisted that the machine was not broken and that it had to be an issue with my card. The lady I dealt with was seriously a miserable see you next Tuesday. In the end there was no issue with my card, they got my card out of the machine, didn’t apologize. Mind you that machine is broken all the time since I frequent the location often. I will not be using that location anymore. I will drive 5 mins further to the next TD bank.

Absolutely ridiculous long Drive Thru lines, went back 3 times. Open the lobby your brick and mortar, wear a mask ,social distance if restaurants can do it you surely can as well.

Waited in long drive thru line to get a document notorized only to be told they couldn’t do it because they don’t notorize deeds and I should go to UPS even though I have been a TD account holder for years. They said it was the manager’s discretion. NO problem at TD next town over.
