Reviews practically every other Pharmacy in town before finding them. Some of them are extremely helpful willing to take answers and listen and care about being able to get prescriptions quickly if needed. There's hardly ever a line so it's super convenient and the staff is mostly quite friendly

I’ve been a customer at many CT Stop and Shop Pharmacies. In comparison, WLFD location does not fill your prescription until you arrive at the counter. I chalk that up to the amount of people they must serve on a daily basis. I’ve learned to work around that and shop the store while I wait. In recent weeks my Dr. called in a prescription. I tried calling the store from home giving them a 1/2 hour notice of my arrival ( bc the nature of my health condition was not conducive for shopping the store that day). When I arrived I was asked to wait while they filled it. The phone call did not work. And my new wait time was awarded an additional 1/2 hour bc the pickup line extended all the way down the bread isle. My point is other SnS are more reliable then WLFD.

Jessica the gas attendant sucks. on 4/18/22 at 5pm would not let me fill up my red gas can and admitted she kept starting and stopping the pump which caused to me to spill everywhere and loose a few gallons of gas. Manager needs to give her and easier job.

Honestly the best pharmacy in the area and it’s not even close. My insurance mandated i had to use CVS but now after switching insurance plans, I’m back to Stop and Shop. Everyone at the pharmacy is friendly and knowledgeable. Even when there is a line, they get people in and out. The pharmacy staff has always taken the time to educate me on new medications and any interactions that may occur. I have zero complaints with the pharmacy. Please keep up the great work.

This pharmacy is one of the BEST around. The staff is amazing and so professional. They treat you with respect and do the best they can to have your meds done for you in a timely matter. I won't go any place else. I love them.

?great store, love to scan and bag but its very annoying that there is not an express checkout for those that have scanned and can be out quickly. Today, there were 17 people in line in front of me for the bank of self serve registers, I had to wait for close to 15 minutes behind people who were scanning their entire order. One register just for those that took the time to scan as they went would be appreciated. I love to scan as i go because I can generally get out quickly. A long wait after i did all the work is pretty unacceptable.

Really great pharmacy and staff. Prescriptions are always done in a timely fashion, and if they aren't ready the staff will get them done quickly for you. They really do care about their customers and want to help. One of the pharmacist took the time to speak with me on the phone about my concerns for the dosing of a medication my daughter is on. She also told me how I could potentially get my insurance to cover my specialty infant formula when no doctor or even my insurance told me about the option for home delivery, they are really great here.

The staff is awesome and friendly, I am on some expensive medications that the staff has always helped with different suggestions of coupons, etc. or at least called to tell me the price when my deductible is not met.. Extremely helpful, and always will willing to answer my questions whether on the phone or in person. I will not go anywhere else!!!!

Just horrible now. I think I was here 2-3wks ago and noticed they were moving some items around but today, OMG & WTH, it's almost completely moved around inside! Totally sucks, can't find anything! Ice Tea is no longer with the coffee& tea..huh? Such a huge mess Spent over an hour in there trying to find everything I needed & I only had 1 bag to fill so what should've been my usual 10-15min trip, was made longer due to this "transition". This was a really STOOPID idea (yeah, it deserves the double Os) to make this completely asinine change during the most of a pandemic when shoppers want to get in & out in more of a hurry than usual!!! Hopefully, the North Haven will still he the same and I'll go there instead. Dumbass Corporate!!!! Never looking out for us customers, instead making it more difficult in an already difficult time & climate. Must've been men that decided this, us ladies look at the full circle not just the next step.

Always go the same day once a month. The staff is always very friendly. Even when their busy it takes at the most 15 minutes for them to fill all 6 of my prescriptions. Always have everything I need in stock and never a problem with insurance or co-pays ( which are very cheap!!) Ive used many pharmacies over the years and they are by far the best. All the pharmacists and techs are the best. They all go out of their way to ensure excellent service!! Thank you everyone your all the best at what you do!

About ten years ago, I was getting the run around from the major mail-order pharmacy my insurance pushes. I asked the Stop & Shop Pharmacy if they could contact my doctor and switch me over. Ever since then, I have been thoroughly impressed with the level of customer care I have received.

Terrible deliveries made with no mask and no gloves. The charge was $15 plus 5% for the person that delivers your order. There is no receipt with your order and literally $200 of the order did not come. No idea what was charged. And the substitutions for what was ordered were for multiple items. Although these are difficult times the safety of your customers should come first. Also a copy of what was charged should accompany the order. I would never use people again!
