I give only two stars because I didn’t like the service at this place at the printing section there was this very rude lady. I am not familiar with the copy machine it look a bit complicated for my first time being there and this employee looked like she didn’t want to help or even work there. I don’t understand why impatient employees work in places like this. I wish I would’ve get her name but it was a Friday morning 1/05/24. They should put her to work in the back where she doesn’t have to deal with customers.

Whoever was in charge of the print center today needs to be rotated out. There are plenty of positions in a Staples for individuals who are not happy to be at work and are nasty. The print shop is not one of those. Personable and helpful people need to be at the print shop. Many elderly or non-technical people are coming there for assistance and don't need an attitude.Went there today, 11/13 to pick up a print I sent last night. I paid extra for it to be rushed. Store opened at 9, showed up at 930 and very nicely asked if she happened to get the print. She snapped back at me with an attitude that she had until noon to print it. This is true, what is also true is that the one page could have been printed right there and then with one click instead of her attitude. My response was you know what, fine I will do it myself then which she seemed quite happy with. I would want nobody with this way of carrying themselves in my organization.

Jackie “print supervisor” was very rude and nasty when I stopped by today to return my items. Slow service when there was no line or any customer in sight. Would give 0 stars if i could for the treatment that I received from a miserable person. I will be calling corporate tomorrow to get a resolution.

Horrible service at Wallingford Staples. They called 20 minutes before my print job was supposed to be completed only to tell me they couldn't complete it until the next day. I sent my order in ahead of time and I even called the store and they confirmed they could complete it at the time I requested. The woman who called me was rude. I will never do business at this Staples again.

If you are looking for office supplies, printers, ink, back to school supplies,office furniture or printing services Staples is the place to go. Their stores are bright with large aisles, well stocked, easy to find items, and no long lines at the cashier.The staff are well trained, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.Staple's prices are also comparable to discount department stores.

I had time sensitive promo material I needed printed, so I ordered for in store pick-up. The customer service representative called me and accused of stealing the art in the promo material and refused to print it.

Let me tell you about The Wallingford Staples. I'm not the most tech savvy in the world but as A minister and a Notary I know what's right and what's Legal. I had a complicated Contract that had to be signed after being printed from a phone text. Then sent back to original creator of contract , simple right ! Wanda came to my aid in an open and positive attitude just as the greeter had when I walked in the door. Wanda was fantastic taking me thru step by step until all the copies were created signed and returned to sender saving me a round trip to Boston ! She did all this with a smile and laugh and made me feel like I just. brought her Roses ! THANK YOU STAPLES FOR YOUR HUMAN RESOURCE SKILLS AND WELL TRAINED CUTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE !All this service cost me $.94 Bless all your staff! Pastor Scotty Wood Wallingford CT

Got passport photos taken for an online renewal. They cannot send you digital copies if that's what you're looking for. When I called afterwards to ask what can be done I was left without any solution. The customer representative was angry that I was asking questions and did not attempt to understand let alone resolve my issue. Consistent with others' recent, previous reviews of this department/location.

I used to love this staples. It has turned down hill. They no longer are interested in quality customer service or doing what is best for the customer. They usually don’t have what I’m looking for either. I’ll drive a bit further over to the Brandford Staples.

Don't know what's up with that this Staples but their customer service and policies are not customer friendly. If you use them do not prepay any orders. After they refused to print my invitations I am left with without money or invitations. They didn't have the decency to call or email about their issue. Considering that I've printed these type of invites with them before, I can't understand the problem. Never again.

I like this staples the staff is usually so helpful and friendly , they have self help copy machines that do a few different things , I don’t like that you need 5 bucks to authorized your print needs - , but 1 day a nice staff person told me I could use a gift card because my bank card is on my phone , ever since then it’s been great even when I bring my own label paper it’s been 5 star help , so on 9/23 I was surprised when I asked for help and I was sent to a register to get a balance on my gift card that I knew had money on it but it wouldn’t work the copy machine wouldn’t take it , as I thought the card was ok - I asked this same unhelpful staff a 2nd time she sent me back to the cashiers again , That’s when I met wonderful Wanda - The staples Angel my staples Angel that day 9-23 at 4pm. She listen she smiled she fixed my issue and she has great customer service - I would give her 10 stars , if undercover boss ever came there the first staff member would be out , Wanda would be promoted - I did this review for her and all the staff at this staples less that 1 rude no customer service team member , if you have any copy needs or print needs , this staples is great - Thanks Wanda I hope your managers appreciate you and your beautiful personality that contributes to great customer service / I won’t mention the negative staff name but I know she saw you in action and maybe your example will help her in her customer service - 5 stars well deserved from all my experiences at this location

I want to take a moment to thank LUZ in the wallingford location.She was and is absolutely amazing. She went way above the call of duty to help me with an app that i needed on my phone. She did it with a smile and a great attitude. I wish I had people like Luz working for me . I even told her supervisor the same. She is management material with out a question about it!!!!!!!
