Contacted this dealership about a car that had report of damage and multiple owners. Asked nicely if they would lower a few grand since I had already seen three of the same car in nicer condition. Told me they had no way of marking it down, was very rude about it in email. Had cash in hand, sucks for them.

I called them about a vehicle and they asked me where I was calling from. When I told them where I was calling from, they immediately hung up on me. I was in an area close to them and I was serious about buying the car. Anyway, they were left with a star and an empty money safety

The sales department is awesome! Joe is excellent however the service department is horrible don’t take your car there to be fixed or get an oil change they will purposely do things to your car so you can bring it back to them for service be aware of the service department manager he has a NASTY SARCASTIC ATTITUDE please bring your car somewhere else to be serviced! Joe and John are EXCELLENT THE BEST PEOPLE THAT WILL GET YOU IN A GREAT CAR THE SALES DEPARTMENT ROCKS BUT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT SUCKS BAD!!!!!!

Joe was very wonderful at Smartbuy last Tuesday. Didn’t hesitate to answer all my questions and concerns and made my first time buying a car at a dealership as smooth as could be. I’m a little disappointed I have to come back this Thursday for something missing under the hood and a sensor, but they’re both minor repairs and the car drives and looks beautiful.
