Been coming here for a few years and can say it’s the best shop in the area. They are all authentic high quality products that are fairly priced. The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable on the products and willing to help. Also they host sales around various holidays for some even better deals and raffles for free stuff. If you need some goodies slow puffs is the spot.

Slow Puffs is the best smoke shop in the state!! They’re my go-to place for vapes, and all of the employees are so knowledgeable & friendly which is a huge plus. The manager Hannah is the best and always takes her time to explain a cool new product to me or help me pick a new bong.

I highly recommend this shop. The staff are absolutely amazing and will always make you feel welcome. The store has a wide variety of quality items from vapes, kratom, glass products and much more. They also have frequent sales and raffles as well as a point system for even more discounts. Definitely check this shop out if you are in Hamden CT.

The guys that work here are legitimately the nicest people you’ll meet. Everyone is super understanding and they’ll always point you in the right direction. Love this place and the workers.

Probably the best smoke shop I've been to in a while. Just picked up the Puffco Peak Pro (which was actually priced the same as Puffco's website) and I couldn't be happier.Dude on the phone when I called to ask about it was super chill and told me so much about the device, warranty and everything they'll handle for ya I had to buy it.I'll definitely be back from now on!

Went Slow Puffs to get a birthday gift for my brother and had a great experience! The store has a huge glassware selection including locally blown pieces. The manager Hannah was very helpful, pleasant, and patient. She was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We’ll definitely be returning in the future.

I’ve always had a good experience with this store, after dealing with poor attitudes and selection at other local shops. Hannah has a good understanding of all the products, a positive attitude and is always very helpful. She’s clearly the best employee at the store.

I highly recommend Slow Puffs smoke shop. Their selection of smoking accessories is great and the prices are reasonable. The standout feature, however, is the excellent customer service provided by Meredith. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel comfortable in the shop. Overall, a great experience.
