If I could give no stars I would This place is disgusting they sold me a DIRTY USED apple peeler. I contacted kohls on FB I told them I was upset and I have every right to be I paid full price for a USED PRODUCT. I told them I had to use it in a timely manner they were already closed so I washed it picked all the dried up apple off of it and used it. they told me to return it to the store. I already used it and cleaned it that's not the issue the issue is this store is allowing DIRTY PRODUCTS TO BE SOLD AS NEW. Even the instructions were stained!!!!!!!

I had the best experience at Sephora today! I came in looking for a new water based concealer, and Jada was so helpful! She helped me pick a concealer that had a good undertone & went well with my skin tone! She sanitized the testers for me so I would be able to apply it on my skin. She even suggested some setting powders & gave me those samples!! We need more people like Jada, thank you for today! 10/10 experience

They are very disorganized. Placed an order and then when I went to pick it up I was told that they have no control over the inventory and we’re not sure when it would arrive or if it would arrive. “Maybe tomorrow, I am not sure. We have no control over the inventory.” When I asked if they knew where I would be able to purchase the item they said, “I have no idea, maybe look it up online.”

This location has the best selection of kids clothing! The boys department is the largest around. I was able to find everything and then some for my son to go back to school. It's clean, well organized and the staff are very nice. I also took a gander at the women's dept and I was able to find a few cute pieces for myself.

I'll begin with the fact I appreciate the fact that Khols is offering curb side pickup during these difficult times, but if you cant meet customer expectations, then you should just close. We selected this particular location, 30 minutes away from where we live because they had the items we wanted in stock. When we placed our order the website said most orders filled within 2 hours. I waited the two hours and drove to the store with the expectation that I would get the text on the way up. Long story short, I have been sitting outside the store for more than two hours and the people inside have no idea how much longer it will take to fulfill on my eight items. Do it right or do t do it at all.
