⚠️ WARNING ⚠️UPDATE 10/17/2023 - The Subaru WRX 2016 I purchased at this facility has been an absolute nightmare. I purchased the vehicle at 65,000 miles pre-owned. First, the vehicle couldn't pass emissions and never had emissions done by the dealership. Then, I had to bring the car multiple times in for maintenance. Shortly after, while it finally passed emissions after maintenancing the car multiple times, the car required a new clutch ($1,800) 4000 miles later. Now 10/17/2023 at 70,000 miles (5,000 total miles), the car has lights that turn on dash, and then when I am about to scan the vehicle for codes, the lights disappear (It wouldn't suprise me one bit if it's the exact problem I reported a few weeks after purchasing the vehicle.) The registration is up on the vehicle, and it hasn't passed emissions. Therefore, I can't renew the registration on the vehicle. A complete money dump. I'll be contacting the attorney general to see what legal options I have left. $25,000 for a pre-owned vehicle at a facility that's supposed to have their vehicles well kept and sold properly. $25,000 for 5,000 miles. Purchase a vehicle here at your own risk.10/14/2020 - I did a lot of YouTube research on "Dealership Fee Scams" and I can vouch, the only Fee I found on my paperwork with the total price was "VIN Theft Prevention" which I quickly requested to have it removed; it isn't necessary. They removed it no hassle, and we worked on an affordable base price for the vehicle as well as a monthly payment plan for financing. Everything worked out. I can definitely recommend this dealership! Subaru WRX 2016.11/17/2020 - 1 Month of vehicle ownership and I have already brought it back in for maintenence service.. a bunch of my dash indicators turned on.. apparently the vehicle required a valve changed. Thankfully it was all free of charge considering I am within 90 Days of Warranty and within 3,000 miles after purchasing the vehicle. I'll return in the future to keep everyone posted.12/04/2020 - ⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ I was sent a placard requesting I take my vehicle to emissions. The current state of my vehicle is that it doesn't have any indicators on dash, and runs well. I took it to emissions today and the vehicle has FAILED emissions. I was told by the person whom owns the emissions facility that "BY LAW, CAR DEALERSHIPS CAN'T SELL THE CONSUMER A VEHICLE THAT HASN'T BEEN EMISSIONS VERIFIED". My vehicle is a 2016, and I was told that today was the first time it had been tested for emissions. If you're planning to purchase a vehicle (here or anywhere), make sure you have emissions verified before signing any papers. Don't purchase or sign anything until you have verified.12/26/2020 - The indicators on dash have returned today (In their defense, I was told there was a high possibility the lights would return).01/09/2021 - I brought my vehicle in for maintenance and inspection. I was told that my car would have to stay at the dealership for maintenance (free of charge). I was then assigned a loaner vehicle (free of charge) until maintenance has been completed.01/15/2021 - I was contacted and told my vehicle repairs are complete; I have returned their loaner vehicle. The manager himself spoke with me and has handed me a $20 dollar bill as promised for the cost of emissions. So far the dealership has kept their word. I have been told by maintenance that they believe the vehicle should be fixed and ready to pass emissions. I'll keep everyone posted on the results of emissions.02/08/2021 - I brought my vehicle to emissions for re-testing, my vehicle has passed emissions.

My wife and I spent over a month looking for our new car after her accident. The first place we stopped was at Quality Subaru. Steve Canada was absolutely amazing from the very start. He was clearly more concerned with how she was than selling us a car. After shopping around at no less than a half dozen other dealers to see filthy cars and lackluster customer service we found ourselves back at home at Quality Subaru. Steve Canada listened to everything we wanted and made sure we wound up in the perfect car for us. We started off looking at used Outback's. Steve showed us some of the newer safety features found in the new Forrester and at a price tag that was only a little higher than a used Outback. Steve made the boring part of buying a car seem easy and smooth even though we made it as complicated as possible. I look forward to working with Steve and Quality Subaru in the future to service this car and buy my 2nd Subaru when the time comes. We couldn't be happier or more thankful for the work Steve put in to make sure we were driving the perfect car for our family without breaking the budget or selling us something we didn't need. This was hands-down the best car buying experience I have ever had.

I wholeheartedly recommend anyone looking for a car, especially a used car, to consider Steve Canada at Quality Subaru. His help was indispensable as I chose a used sedan that would fit my budget and my needs. He never tried to oversell me, was always upfront about helping me to weigh my long-term spending, and most of all, is a car guy himself, and answers questions with comfort. Test driving with him was great because he was able to say what things to pay attention to and made sure the car was absolutely in the shape I was hoping it to be when driving it off the lot. I think the biggest reason, though, that I would recommend him is that he checked in after the fact to make sure everything was going good with the car, and he made sure his service team resolved a noise. I've never had a dealer go this far with providing service--usually once the car is off the lot, they wash their hands of you. But this wasn't the case with Steve at all. Finally, Steve has just been so personable and talks to you like you're a person he's actually interested in talking to, not just a customer. I'd be happy to work with him again on my next purchase and to recommend him to even my closest friends and family.

I had the perfect car buying experience here with Steve Canada! Everything about the process was simple and quick. Steve was able to find me a car that was very similar to the one I was trading in. The car is absolutely gorgeous and was in pristine condition. Steve knew everything about the car and took the time to show me how to use all the features! He was also kind enough to check in a few days after purchasing to make sure everything was going well. He is kind, patient, and knowledgable about cars. If you are looking for a new car then go see him!

Had such a wonderful experience with everyone we met here this past Saturday. I was contacted about the 2020 Subaru Forester Limited within the same day and Tony had great communication. Due to unexpected circumstances, he needed to hand us over to the owner, Jack, who we met as soon as we walked in for our appointment. Our saleman was named Steve who was funny and professional. The test drive went well despite me missing a turn, sorry, Steve! I live an hour away, so my Mom & I were not familiar with the area.Thank you to everybody that day for amazing hospitality that was shown to us, the doughnuts, stories, & the two bottles of wine! Highly recommend making the drive down here if you’re eyeing a vehicle!

I bought my Crosstrek here over a decade ago and have gotten it serviced here ever since so this review focuses on the service department. One of the things I like best about the service department is that they really don't try to upsell you on services you do not need. They will certainly point out any problems they think warrant attention, but they don't give you the hard sell. They do a very good job explaining everything. And one of the best qualities about the service department is how warm and welcoming the space is. They have a ton of varied seating areas ranging from comfy lounge chairs to work stations replete with electrical outlets so you can plug in your devices. There is also a high tech coffee maker which can instantly concoct myriad tasty coffee drinks. All in all, these things create a very comfortable environment while you await the completion of your repairs.

A great staff starting with Ken Phelps in the service area....so friendly and efficient. A very pleasing waiting room (comfortable seating with an area for coffee, tea, bottled water, snack). Eyeing a second Subaru and Ann Brooks was helpful in answering all of our questions. A really well run location.

Disappointed at first but now Satisfied! After posting this review I was contacted by the service supervisor at Quality Subaru. He explained that he had a chance to relook at my case history and was very apologetic for what happened and asked for an opportunity to resolve the situation to my satisfaction. After carefully thinking through his offer I accepted it. I was provided a loaner after it was explained that it could take some time to diagnose this issue as it was not a common issue. It did take a few days to resolve the issue but I was kept up to date on a regular basis and the loaner was provided for the entire duration. At the end of the day I am very satisfied with the outcome. It was a bit of an unfortunate experience but I can accept the fact that mistakes are made. The response from Jonathan was very professional as he took accountability and was very sincere in his apology. I am very happy to say I will continue to be a customer of Quality Subaru which is great because for the past 5 years I've been a very satisfied customer. Also it’s highly likely that my daughter will become a new customer .-------I had my car serviced at Quality Subaru (QS) on 7/22. I had a safety concern with my Subaru Legacy 15. As I explained to QS during a past service visit - I am able to bring my car to a full stop (garage, driveway, or parking lot) and if I forget to put the car in Park, I am able to remove the key from the ignition freely and there are no visual or audio warnings. This is a serious safety concern as I've had my car ‘roll’ on me after I exited the car. Once in a parking lot where the car rolled into the side of the building. It was believed to be an issue in the ignition switch ‘area’ which seemed reasonable to me. It’s worth pointing out that I had a remote starter installed at QS. As I'm getting ready to give this car to my 16 year old daughter I wanted to have this safety issue fixed. I called Quality Subaru to make an appointment and they informed me I needed to pay in advance for the part needed for the repair which I did while scheduling the service visit. When I picked my car up around 5pm after paying for my own Uber back to quality I went in and paid for the ‘repair’. The charge for labor was $458. I got my car from the parking lot and immediately checked to see if the issue was resolved. I tried a couple times in the matter of 2 mins and realized nothing was different. I was still able to freely remove the key from the ignition while the car was in Drive and there were no audio or visual warnings.I never got a call Monday morning. I called back at noon and spoke with the supervisor who I spoke with when I picked up the car on Friday. He basically told me that he spoke with the foreman and they did the work I requested and if I wanted this safety issue addressed it would need to be brought back in and properly diagnosed. There was never an apology and I didn't sense any empathy. Also I asked about the money I paid for the work that didn’t address the issue I am having - and was basically told there wasn’t much they could do about that.First off I was rather shocked to hear that ‘they did the work I requested.’ What I requested was that they repair the safety issue I was having. I am not a mechanic and would never tell a repair shop what is needed to repair and issue or concern. Moreover why would a service department with certified and qualified technicians simply do what a customer asks - especially for a safety concern! - without properly diagnosing the issue themselves.Needless to say, I do not plan on being a Quality Subaru customer any longer. I still need my vehicle repaired and I will look for a dealer with the utmost integrity, quality, and customer satisfaction. I respectively ask that Quality Subaru put the ‘quality’ back into their brand for the benefit and safety of their loyal customers.

I ended up going with a different vehicle but had a great experience with Tony and Steven for a test drive and helping to find a car from allocation. If I were to get a Subaru in the future, these are the guys and the dealer I would go with

Recently, I have visited Quality Subaru searching for a car replacement. I worked with Steve Canada II, who did a fantastic job reviewing the vehicle I wished to test drive. Steve went over every single safety feature of the car. No question surprised him. He knew the car inside and out. Shopping for a car can be a very stressful experience. Steve will make it easy for you and you will not need to read the expansive manual. You will leave familiar with the car's features and ready to enjoy your new ride. Highly recommend.

Visiting Quality Subaru was like visiting friends. Everyone there is so friendly. My sales person, Jack, couldn't have been nicer. He knows everything about Subarus and anticipated my every question. Of course, we always think that cars are overpriced. I would say that Quality Subaru is very competitive and I feel I got a better deal there than I would have any place else. I would highly recommend Quality Subaru if you are in the market for a new or used car. You might ask, were they pushy? No way! Like I said, it's like visiting friends. The showroom is clean and appealing. They have an area where you wait while your car is being serviced and that was pleasing as well. You can even bring your dog!! They set up my first oil change appointment before I left with my new car. They even set up my Blue Tooth connection. I'm so glad I bought my car there and I know I can call Jack if I have any questions whatsoever.

The communication and no pressure sales approach made the entire experience comfortable and easy. We would definitely recommend buying your next Subaru from Quality Subaru and Ann!

I was shopping for a new Subaru Impreza and I had an excellent experience at Quality Subaru. I worked with Tony Oliva who proved to be an awesome salesman. Tony informed me that Quality Subaru does not charge over MSRP, which is incredible considering that many other dealerships are currently asking for much more than that. He was honest about dealership fees, availability, and he demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the dealerships products. I wish all my experiences at car dealerships went like this one.
