Steven was great from the first phone call in February to our recent closing on our first home. At the first phone call, I was unsure if it was too early to discuss anything but Steven was kind and helpful with explaining the process. He is always reachable by phone, text, or email. He responds incredibly fast, especially when there's a small hiccup at the closing table (true story). When looking at homes he had letters ready to go to strengthen our offers to sellers. At times we wondered if he ever sleeps, but it's clear he loves what he does. We'll be in touch again when it's time to refinance.

As a first time home-buyer, I knew almost nothing about the financing/mortgage process or how to navigate it. But Joanne and her staff were very helpful and patient with me, explained things in ways that I could easily understand, and were extremely responsive whenever I had a question or needed something. Whether it was early in the morning, late at night, weekends, or holidays, I could always give Joanne a text or call and would hear back almost immediately. She regularly checked in with me to ask how things were going, and gave me great advice along the way. Thanks to the Joanne and the folks at Platinum Mortgage Solutions, I am now a proud homeowner! If we could give Joanne more than 5 stars we absolutely would. As a first time home buyer not knowing what is involved with purchasing a home, Joanne was knowledgeable, patient, and was always available to answer our questions no matter what time of day.
