Fast and easy to find and reserve a unit online. The response by office personnel was polite, efficient and provided precise location of the unit and entry information. All this was handled before my out-of-state move to Connecticut so the unit was waiting before my arrival--a time saver.

The storage lockers are clean. Its easy access with elevators. They have dollies! And its easy to pull up into either entrance. Renting a unit can be done online and Rosemary is on top of her game. Rent isn't too pricey. Also right next to Merritt Parkway.

Awesome prompt service. Had to buy a lock for the gate over the phone,employee was thoughtful enough to cut the lockbox open and left it in the storage for me

I have been using Oakdale Self Storage for about 15 years, having had disappointing experiences with other storage facilities in this area. Oakdale Self Storage could not be better. Very helpful, well-informed staff at the desk. An experienced, responsible, knowledgeable person is available at all times during business hours. Billing always done perfectly and reliably. Clean, well-maintained facility, the storage areas frequently painted. Extra-good security. To sum up: well-run, closely-supervised, secure and pleasant facility. This is the best storage facility I have ever used.
