I really needed a car. I had poor credit and very little to put down. I worked with Gil and he worked magic to get me into an amazing 2019 fully loaded 2019 Nissan Rogue SL. Granted my payments will be high for a year until I can refinance but I was able to drive home that day with my car. He kept in touch through the process letting me know if I needed anything or what I should expect. I have to say everyone was super nice.

If only there were ZERO ratings! Do not buy a car here. They are all nice during the sales process, but the Nissan brand is not reliable. I had a nightmare with my Nissan Sentra and neither Brittany Barberino cared NOR did the main office of Nissan care. I had my first transmission last 61,000 miles and they replaced due to a class action lawsuit. Second transmission only lasted 22,000 miles and they BOTH thought that was okay and too bad for me. DON'T buy here. You will be sorry! I had to get rid of my car with only 83,000 miles! Toyota says their transmissions are good for 200,000 miles! That's more like it. I have a friend that has a Toyota with 278,000 miles with the original transmission! Barberino and Nissan need to do something better.

Quick and painless -- the dealership made the process easy. Quick and clear communication. my salesman Joshuan Nieves was great and helped us with answering all our questions and got us into a car fast. I was very happy with everything.

Do you want to buy a car and not feel like you're being sold to? Do you want a friend to sell you your car? Then come to this place. I had no intention of spending money and literally was my first day looking for a car expecting to make a purchase in a few months. Ralph was patient and respectful of what I was looking for, which prompted to me leaving with my car! I cannot stress how much I enjoyed my experience there and will refer everyone I know here. This was my best car experience and by far one of my best experiences ever in an establishment. Thank you Ralph and to the managers at this location you have a great guy working there! Keep up the great work!

I wish I could give them negative star, when I bought my car from here( barbarino Nissan), they told me it will be free oil change they give me 2 or 3 oil change ,after that one oil change I went to different dealer which was more convenient for me and now I came back again to the Barbarino Nissan and they told me why I went to the different dealer so I lose my free oil chains for life . But when I bought my car they told me free oil change for life as long as I own that car just because I went to different dealer for oil change I lost everything.how crazy is that never ever never ever come back to the Barberino Nissan and I wouldn't recommend no one should believe their customer service and their sales people they are terrible absolutely terrible.

There was no inventory for the Rogue in my area, I found Barberino on a google search, they were courteous and understanding of my situation. They had the Rogue I wanted and they shipped it to me direct! Thanks to Brittany B.

I started off by calling, making sure that I wouldn't be wasting my time going there, guy on the phone says we have a program $199 down with proof of income, that they could help me with having terrible credit, I get a cosigner because the guys telling me it won't work with my credit, thats fine kinda figured that, but after running the cosigner he says OK the car has to be serviced before you take it, so I'll put a sold sign on it and it should be ready Saturday, well that came and went and I contacted multiple times and no answer, so if it wasn't going to work out why not say anything, don't just leave someone hanging, very unprofessional. I have pictures but not going to post and throw that guy under the bus. But they need to learn how to do business. Instead of ignoring a customer.

I'm giving it a 2 because past years I have had mostly good experiences, but this last time the way the front desk explained thing to me I was going to be paying around 300 dollars but it wasn't revealed to me that there was another cost and he never explained that it was going to end up being over 570 dollas. After this blunder I am probably going to call it quits. This is no longer the well managed place it once was. You are lucky I gave you a 2. I'll say this, They were very nice whilst ripping me off.

Stay away. Never, ever, buy a car here. Look at all these negative reviews. This is how this place works....They get you in a car at what appears to be a "low price", but where they really get you is on the total price which includes the financing costs. They make their money over the duration of your purchase from the crazy interest rates and other upsells like extended Warrantees and tack ons, and not just from the up front car price itself. The car is just the bait, you get bent over with the financing if you don't know how to use a calculator. They take advantage of minorities and people who are either naive , don't understand English , or are just plain stupid. They also have typical high pressure sales tactics and will make promises that they know they will break just to get you in the door and pressure you into a garbage car you don't really want. This is your stereotypical car shark dealership. I will not be returning here!
