What a wonderful customer service experience I had today with Ron in the Wallingford CT store! I was purchasing a much needed mattress for my parents over the phone, to be delivered ASAP. Ron was very friendly and helpful with suggestions and made it easy to purchase over the phone from my home in Florida. Thank you again!

I went into the store just to try a mattress that I saw advertised with zero intent on buying. Well, after meeting with our sales representative, Harry, we were signing the contract and arranging delivery. That is the short story - after describing what we were looking for and our physical issues, Harry showed us several different mattresses of varying features. He did not try to over or under sell us at all. He genuinely wanted us to find a mattress that would work for us and finding a workable price point. He was patient and gave us our space to try the different mattresses. Once we decided what worked for us as a mattress, he was able to get to a price that we could afford with the adjustable base. I am looking forward to our new mattress and adjustable base to lessen my pain. Thank you Harry for your time and patience. Highly recommend working with him.

Disabled Discrimination, Cursing Employees, Being Called "A Liar", Policy Violating, Warranty Ignoring, Surgery Requiring, Stressful Sleepless Nights. Buying a 3,000 Dollar mattress here is equal to being pushed down a flight of stairs as people point and laugh. Department of Consumer reports and Channel 3 news is next. -No Stars Anywhere- I Warned You, Exhausted Consumer.
