The young man in the paint department was exceptional in every way.
Knowledgeable and friendly. A rare find. Other departments need to follow his example.

The lines are always extremely long…Outdoor plant area, customer service, and shopping lines. They have a good variety of items and fair prices, they are definitely competing with Home Depot on several products, but it always takes 10+ minutes to get anything done.
However, I do like that they have pick-up lockers just inside the door and you don’t need to go to customer service to get online order pick-up. That is the only thing faster.

Pretty straightforward Lowe’s for your needs. It’s well organized and well kept. It’s not like it used to be where the employees had good knowledge of the products and uses of production their departments but if you know what you need, the selection is good. Nice addition when they picked up craftsman brand

I received a wheelbarrow for my birthday from my daughters. Got half way through the assembly and it had the wrong tires in the part kit. Spent 20 minutes on the phone explaining. Took them back to the store and spent another 25 minutes waiting for them to workout this puzzle doubting I was right. Got the right tires and got home and found another wrong part. I returned the wheelbarrow and will go across the street or Amazon to by the next one. Thanks for wasting my day off I was going to spend working around the house with my new wheelbarrow that I don’t have.

Lowe’s has always been bad. Every time I purchase something there it’s just not good. Usually returned or thrown out. I used their fence service a few years back. Wow. Absolute nightmare. HD always.

No transparency and shady dealing if you are not an educated consumer
Just be aware and compare prices before entering into any contract with them
