Long wait times at Wallingford branch as well as not very customer friendly. Employees at branch not able to help with accounts referring me to call centers. Will be looking to move my business to other institutions.

It started alright. Opened the account, everyone friendly. It was great. Then I came back to have a paper notarized and brought my mother with me as we had to both sign this document. They tell me that they will notarized it for me but not for my mother because she is not customer. Seriously? I have walked into Wells Fargo, and Ion Bank without being a customer, no problem, they notarized documents for me. So I went across the street to Bank of America, also a customer, mom is not. They said: "No Problem". Thank you Mike from Bank of America.

Their ATM services are horrible. I went early in the morning to deposit money and it was unavailable to use. Their APP isn't always the greatest. many times that is also unavailable to use. Not accommodating at all.

Another convenient location for the absolute, best bank around. There is a drive thru here, if that does anything for you.I like Liberty Bank and have had a positive experience at every branch I have been to so far...

I have been a member of many banks over the years and I can tell you that Liberty Bank is by far the most accommodating bank I have ever been with. James, the Teller/Manager is always willing to help in any way possible and takes our concerns seriously when we have any.

Have had great luck with the entire team of Liberty Bank. From personal bank accounts, business accounts, commercial lending, and simply the best HSA of any bank around. Carl, Eva, James, Gary, Melissa, and everyone else are hard working and dedicated to the customer. Really feel they have my back and are there when I need them.

Wrote an email to the branch manager about his rude and unprofessional staff and never received a response. They obviously don't care about customer retention.

I applied for an account online, and after taking my 100 dollar deposit, I was sent an email statingI was not approved for an account....yet I am being mailed checks, atm cards, online account setups. I am being mailed everything except my $100 refund. I spend 45 minutes on phone with customer service only for them to verify I was not approved for an account and for them to tell me they have no idea if my $100 was refunded. To be honest. I am glad I was not approved if this is a reflection of how Liberty Bank handles business. I just want the refund already.
