Have GE dryer with extended warranty. Filed 4 claims - was told dryer would be replaced if they were unable to fix it after 3rd try. Filed another claim today and was told ANOTHER diagnostics person would have to come out. Warranty is up next month so appears they are trying to get out of replacing it. Company should be ashamed of treating nurses working through a pandemic this way. My wife is forced to dry her scrubs on our heater. Will never buy another GE appliance again and have major doubts about HD extended warranties!

Their employees are a great asset! Prices are reasonable. Eric in hardware found a nut that my ikea laptop desk was missing and saved me a trip back to New Haven. I couldn't be happier!!

Eric in Hardware is very rude, swore at me! Manager seemed disinterested when I complained and appears weak and ineffective. Manager was talking with cashiers when I asked for help. Never said how he will solve the problem with Eric. I will never go to this Home Depot again.

I ordered 3 bolts online for curbside pickup. the order was canceled. So I tried with 2 other stores and the same result. I'm high risk and have avoided stores as much as possible during thus pandemic. The last store had 15 in stock when I ordered and 11 when I called about it. This is laziness.

Agreed to buy the Mickey mouse display at 70 % off and they did 50 then 20 which made it 10 dollars more than originally I agreed to pay. Gave the manager the option to either give me the 10 dollars. Had to wall in the rain again to ask to have the manager come up as my 5 year old was very sad and dissapointed to have the manager be to busy and sent Lucas. Lucas decided that was not okay to refund the 10 dollars and honor the price I agreed to pay 36 dollars to which an entire line of customers could attest to, so I returned the whole damn thing after having to walk in the rain twice with a 5 year old. Poor service sneaky scheming people. The thing had a hole in it and no box what a rude dishonorable place. I'll be filing a better business bureau report as well. Awful and the rude manager in the first place Nancy should be fired. Never go here they are horrible

We had Lifeproof flooring installed yesterday. Home Depot staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Installer, Mark was polite, meticulous and also extremely knowledgeable about flooring. Whole process went well and we look forward to our next home project...

Store is under staffed, wait 30 mins for someone to come help me in flooring. After requesting for help 3 time nobody showed. Employees must really not have a passion for their jobs, others just kinda walk by you or ( pass it on ) to the next employee. I'm sure the store has a few good employees.

I registered 2 weeks in advance for a kids workshop to build gingerbread houses. We arrive and they had ran out. This is probably because no one checks to see if you signed up online. It was very disappointing and trying to explain to a three year old that they don't have anymore is next to impossible. I'm at a loss as to why there is even a registration process if its a giant free for all. If you are pre registered your craft should be guaranteed. The extra crafts laying around that we were offered should have been given to those who just showed up without registering. If its a "first come first serve" basis as I was told then there shouldn't even be an online registration.

I would prefer NO STARS but that's not an option. Do NOT buy carpet or have it installed through the Wallingford, CT store EVER. The quality, customer service and installation are horrible. We are on our 2nd carpet install and it's worst than the first. You can see all the seams, it's frayed all over the place and the end strips are loose and look cheap. We've repeatedlyy try to reach anyone and all I get is radio silence. Absolutely disgusting. This store should be ashamed of their customer service and they way some of their employees have treated long time customers.
