Very nice owners, thorough with my Shadows 1st visit. I moved from NC. Large clean runs for small dogs. Highly recommend leaving your pets there.

My dogs Oliver, Maggie and now Molly Mae have always been well taken care of during their stay here. The staff is caring and knowledgeable. I picked up a calm, clean and happy dog each time.

We have been going to Holiday Pet Lodge for over 16 years. You will like that a gate to the pen (NOT a crate!) gets opened so your pup has free range to go in and out as he wants without other dogs in his "space". Our Plott Hound has a severe protein allergy and needs his own treats and food, so we bring our own. However they do provide foods if your furbaby doesn't have any specifics and tolerates a change of food. Our dog is spoiled ;) and they have no problem feeding him his meals 3 times a day. We also bring his own bed and toys. For a fee, they will walk, bathe, and cut the nails while bordered. Please note that it is cash only (no CC) so you'll need to be prepared at pick up. We love our pets, and so do they. Sandy is an absolute treasure and will treat your baby like it's her baby. As a rule, we typically wait outside if there is another guest in the lobby and I notice others follow suit. If you have no choice but to board your pet, rest assured that they will be taken care of.

They held hostage my illegally stolen dog. They refused to address the issue. They were condescending and the place is literally a dump that I could not wait to get my dog out of. I had to sue them. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE

My normal kennel wasn't available for the Christmas holiday week and, after 15 years of using the same place, I had to quickly find another kennel that I felt comfortable leaving my dog at. This place will be my first choice going forward. My 15 lb Tibetan spaniel came home calm, clean and I could tell they took the time to really brush his long coat. Usually my dog returns from the kennel highly stressed and smelling bad but this time he came home much more relaxed and looking well cared for.

My family has been bringing our dogs and cats there since I was a kid. A few months ago I boarded my dog for the weekend while I went out of town. Picked him up on Tuesday and he just wasn’t himself.. standing in place, staring, not having any energy. By Tuesday night his back end was paralyzed. I had asked the pet lodge to clip his nails, keeping in mind he gets crazy when you do so if it’s too much don’t continue. Obviously something happened to his back legs/spine in this nail clipping process. They have no cameras.. not even a card reader. What am I going to do? It’s my word against theirs. Long story short.. I don’t have my dog anymore and it’s certainly due to their negligence. Think twice before you board your pets anywhere.

Our dogs are always well taken care of We have been using Holiday pet Lodge for appox 30 years They are kind organized and clean We used then twice this year once in May for Ten days snd once in June for five days Happy to always recommend them to our friends

Most amazing kennel ever !! We bring our dog here faithfully and I always know he is in good hands. I am very protective and do not trust so easily and I never worry when our dog is here because I know he is in good hands. We travel 45 min just to bring our dog here and it’s so worth it!

I have used this facility for the last 15 years at the recommendation of a friend. I have always been impressed with the care and attention given to my dogs, whether it was for just a night or a two week vacation.My pets always run inside to greet the staff, who are extremely welcoming. They are in a good mood when I pick them up. They have never picked up any bug or other ailment when there, which is a testament to their cleanliness and protocols.Their rates are some of the best around, which is a bonus, but there's nothing budget about the care my dogs have received hereThanks guys!
