Clearly only in it for the money. Dude at the front counter is always rude and must hate the job. Every time I go there he is always like that. My car died while waiting for emissions, no big deal. My fault no one else’s. All I asked for was a jump. Who came to the rescue? One of the mechanics? Nope. The body guy back there was more of a help than anyone there. It seems if you’re not dropping a big check they couldn’t care less about the customer service. The reason I’m writing this is because I’m tired of rude shops and mechanics. Not caring for customer if they’re not dropping $$ and when you do spend the money. They get the diagnosis wrong or are just flat out guessing. Go up the street to another shop or literally just anywhere for emission, basic service, whatever. You’ll have a better experience anywhere else. This is my experience from someone who works on cars first hand.

My family and I have been going to Frenchy’s for about 20 years. I haven’t needed to go for repairs lately except for rotors and brake pads for my civic as my car was new. Fall of 2023 I got front rotors and pads for about 350 including labor. just got rear rotors ,today which I hear are smaller than the front and I was charged 450 plus labor. Then they charged me for a needed battery $247 when the Honda dealer quoted me $195 including labor. Maybe Frenchy’s battery is better , I don’t know. The cashier said all rotors are differently priced. I left not feeling good like I used to.

Excellent service, went in for emissions and they worked very hard to make sure everyone was taken care of. I'll always bring my cars here

We had been going to Frenchy’s for years. They told my son it was the alternator and he asked if they would put it in if he bought the part and they said yes but no warranty on the part, which is fine except he brought the car home and it’s not running again - either they didn’t put it in right or it wasn’t the alternator, either way they should stand behind at least installing it or diagnosing it correctly. Very disappointing.

The muffler on my car went. Called and they took me in today and replaced the muffler and the windshield wipers on the front and it only cost me $177. I was shocked because if I had taken it to a dealership it would have probably cost me double or more. We will be taken our vechiles to Frenchys from now on.
