Superior Customer Experience . I suggest buying from Foucault's and saving yourself time, money, etc..It took me no time at all with the help of Christine Foucault, Sales Representative, to choose and buy my new Whirlpool washer, Whirlpool dryer and Weber grill. She was knowledgeable, answered my long list of questions , gave me a great price, and did it with a Smile.. The guys who delivered my appliances and grill were respectful, so sweet, polite and efficient. They did not damage anything (as I have had deliveries in past and they damaged my stairs, walls, etc.) they were careful, and cleaned up after themselves. I only have GREAT things to say about Christine and the 4 guys who quickly delivered and installed my new appliances. I had a FABULOUS CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE . I will go back and I will refer all my friends and family to use Foucault's.

I could not say enough good things about Foucault's. We bought our Speed Queen washer and dryer in 2019. The other day, our dryer stopped getting hot. When I contacted Foucault's the person who answered the phone was beyond nice and responsive to my questions. Dave, the service repairman showed up to my house on time and quickly resolved the issue. All of the work was covered under warranty and the dryer is back to working order!

Appliances do not last. Repairs outrageously expensive. Staff rude and threatening. Save yourself a huge headache and go to big box where you have options. This awful place is impossible to deal with that Christine person at the front desk yelling at you in the store and on the phone (talk about erratic mood swings!) and then old guy owner yelling "no returns". Really? A lemon AC that flooded our home, brand new. What an awful store!!!!

I grew up in Wallingford and now live in NY. My Mom had back surgery and it went rougher than anticipated. She needed a recliner ASAP. I reached out to Lori who was wonderful and I bought what my Mom needed over the phone. They went over and above and delivered the chair within an hour. Foucault's is truly an amazing company and offers unbelievable customer service. Forget those big box stores. Foucault's offers great prices and amazing service. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Best price , best delivery, even better than the big box stores. Free delivery and take awayThey installed, including removing all plastics,installed shelves, leved and aligned doors, test ok.Knowing we were without a refrigerator for a few days yhey manage to deliver next day. Excellent service by all.

We bought a washer which when delivered and set up had a bad control board. It was removed and replaced the same day with another machine. You just don't see customer service like that any more.

I had some difficulty deciding which washing machine to buy. The owner was very patient and helpful. It was delivered the following week by a respectful, careful team. They explained the operation and did a great job installing. The price was fair. I definitely will use Foucault’s again.

I’ve been buying appliances from this place for over 30 years spent thousands of dollars with them and we get a dishwasher approximately a year ago and they will not warrantee it so be careful where you buy your stuff and spend thousands of dollars with them. They will not be there for you they will never get a sale from us again. !!!!!

A phenomenal place to buy an appliance. After ordering a refrigerator and waiting for a month and a half, walked into Focault's who was able to provide me with the best refrigerator for the size. Was delivered within a week. Very happy with the quick and easy installation, and professionalism. Would highly recommend as they made the appliance buying an easy process.

Can't say enough about how happy I am with their service! My refrigerator conked out on a Monday, they had the one I needed in stock - on sale - and I had it delivered and installed the following day! Outstanding service.

The store is a wonderful family run appliance/ furniture store. They have great variety, reasonable prices and excellent customer service. The gentleman that delivered my appliances were professional and courteous. I knew what I wanted so we were in and out within 15min. on Saturday. My appliances were delivered and hooked up by Tuesday afternoon. We are so very happy with our purchases.
