Reviews below are on point. Good luck getting your packages delivered. The best thing you can get delivered is a door tag that you weren’t home without any evidence of ringing a smart doorbell. I guess delivery drivers need special education on how to use a smart doorbell in 2024?

I called FedEx and they told me driver tried to deliver but Noone was home. I was waiting all day. Then I was told to pick up at 29 Toelles rd and it's closed. Fedex has the worse service.

Terrible work ethic. Record say 4 attempts to delivery, package returned to shipper. My camera shows two, and neither time even rang the doorbell! We were home. How pathetic.

MY PACKAGE WAS STOLEN BY THE DRIVER!!!! NOT MY NOTIFICATIONS ARE SAYING ITS DELIVERED?!?! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH AND DONT WANT FIX THEIR OWN PROBLEM. I WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION.

FedEx is terrible. Hung up on me twice on the phone. Have no clue what they are talking about. And can't even get an address right. Horrible.

The delivery people are always friendly. Recently they delayed 2 important shipments for no reason. I had to call and was on the phone for awhile with no resolution. They finally arrived but late. Otherwise I would have gave 5 stars

What a joke. We purchased art on our cruise, the only way they ship is using FedEx. They won't leave the packages, they lied when they attempted delivery and then I make arrangements to pick up at the location & all of a sudden the driver isn't back. They lied as he was back & my items were there. It took me causing a scene to get my items.
